The PUMP has been INSTALLED and was started at around 17:30 Houston time last night.
A period of clean-up is expected to recover load water added to the well during the drilling
of the well and the operator plans to bring the well on slowly.

The well was drilled to 10,195 feet MD with a 7,632.22 feet true vertical depth ("TVD") having
reached the target and penetrated the crestal portion of the microfracture swarm. The WELL
WILL BE PRODUCED over an interval of 2,500 feet of open hole within the Austin Chalk.

The Whistling Straits 5H well is the FIRST WELL to be drilled under its recently signed
Participation, Development and Option Agreement

Well known outfit did the drilling (hundreds of Horizontals in their CV) and unless plan
with new partner has changed, the previous phase 1 , was for 10 well's initially.

As for above, they could not spell it out any clearer, slow clean up of a PRODUCTION

You could add the Japanese companies to that list, most of them pulled out
of the North West/Western Australian gas assets recently, all small % holdings.

This against the backdrop of the Japanese Government last year ,handing out
$50 billion to its various companies ,to go out and secure Japan's future supply.

Why drop what they had in place, if again , also not got BIGGER plans and % holdings
of other assets , coming soon ?

Likewise , Japan last year set up an MOU with WOODSIDE, it's Banking arm said it
would provide the funds required and that Japanese companies are READY to
assist developing new projects ( INPEX etc ?)

The above is why imo , Woodside did a massive U turn ,to take another look at the
Sunrise hub and Beaco Gas/LNG Export terminal concept.

Doubt Shell have any interest in Dunrobin, after being hammered in the Brussels
courts, declared they are moving AWAY from Oil, to concentrate on Gas/LNG and
new Green projects. Primary Gas and Gas INFRASTRUCTURE projects (Chuditch
and the Islands Refinery plans Sunrise/Beaco now fit their agenda)

They also ditched all of Corallian's Oil licenses including Dunrobin last year, when
they cherry picked Corallian and it's Viking Gas license (near a Gas hub), Corallian
had been the Dunrobin license OPERATOR/Driller.

The rest of Corallian's North Sea licenses to RBD for a cut price few hundred k
for the lot , good deal for RBD ,which at the time owned around half of Corallian
from funding their drills , for ever increasing ownership of Corallian.

Pro's - Shell developed both Sunrise and Chuditch so know exactly what's in play

Con's - Shell departed due to the politics and Island agenda - Not changed yet.

Recommend that the next Government initiate the process of approving the Strategic Planning Framework Law, with a view to creating a structured framework for all strategic options, as well as promoting the implementation of the Readjusted Strategic Development Plan 2023 - 2038, linking it to all public sector entities and, to certain extents, by the private and cooperative sectors.
Recommend the institutionalization of the exercise of integrated strategic planning, in the long and medium term, and the elaboration of studies to support the constant adaptation of this planning, to the characteristics and internal needs of the country.

Extraordinary Meeting of the Council of Ministers on April 27th, 2023

The Council of Ministers decided, as per the draft presented by the Minister of Petroleum and
Minerals, to authorise expenses for the transfer of funds from the General State Budget, Program
"401 Management of Petroleum and Mineral Resources" from the Ministry of Petroleum and
Minerals (MPM), to the public company TIMOR GAP, E.P., in the amount of US$ 54 million.

The transfer mentioned above of funds aims to provide TIMOR GAP, E.P., with the necessary
resources to ensure the fulfilment of its objectives within the scope of the petroleum assets
management activity.
