RE: Holding RNS ?22 Jun 2023 10:07
Yes but the fundamental INITIAL crossing remains, so the practice of going in much
higher is really still a no no , in the past would have seen several TR1's as the holding
increased , say , 3.2% , then 5% , then etc, now it's often a one and done ,wham bam
thank ya mamm.
Or as posted earlier COMPLETE PORKIES, on copl two years ago its wonga HADRON
reported a sell off, all 3 sections had the same date, crossed, company informed and
reported to market and out by lunchtime.
That same day , the real LSE official total volume for that day, was around a third of
what the one day lazy porky said they had dumped, had been going on for many
many sessions.
The next day the buyer Clarendon Fund, put out a perfect TR1
9th Initial crossed 3% threshold
10th Informed the company
11th reported over rns
As posted earlier , you can tell a lot about the quality or not , of those involved
AMGA Ceo , Clarendon Fund quality filings, most wonga's poor and porkiesπ
