as people always jump on a 1 but many times you will see 1 through 10 15 20 25 30 for very low
pennies on many shares again seem like some sort of trading codes as again always appear when
share in vogue and volume changes.

has to be consistent across all shares to mean something, 1000's of examples but have this and then
tell me its news related
CTEA mid September 2019 a 1 code arrived followed by others during October and again in November
all during periods of higher volume finally after most of 3 months an RNA arrived on the 6th December
the nearest 1 code the 4th way to far out for a Nomad release unless they want to be struck off the list
or try November ICON a whole week with around 30+ 1 codes including 10 in a single afternoon and
surprise surprise no RNA, the following week not a 1 code in sight but did get an RNA on the Friday
or better still all those that arrive every morning at 7am without a 1 in sight the previous or many days
past on a multitude of shares

convert the remainder of this months allowance of £250k called for 7th RNA £100k, 19th RNA £80k

nothing to do with mm games, on the market all are just trades no mention of buy or sell
It bases its decision on what it sees as the mid all above buy all below sell its pitfall is it does not keep up
with range of prices available on the currently active MM's and as long as the trades fall within what it
sees as the current bid/mid/ask range it thinks all is rosy in the garden and does not adjust to reflect the
changes in price available with some MM offering above the mid to sell others below to buy or when it
appears to label everything as sell the only active MM's now all operating below what el crapo machine
thinks is the mid but some are buying others are selling and similarly when all operating above the mid
it labels all as buys

deferred or salary sacrifice as if deferred it means they still get it at some point if in later payment in
back pay cash or converted into share based payment so if only deferred they are still getting 200K
just not all up front.

one of the RNA's had a line the cln's are to be issued monthly for conversion, so could be 1st of the
month they issue the allocation but do not inform until after conversion request by eghos, have seen
similar mis matches on other shares most recently orcp TR-1 holder issued as same day as the RNA
issued as change notification date as having x % shares but all other external sources register website
etc did not match up until almost 2 weeks later the day they officially hit the market per the RNA

there are few individuals on twitter ,that must have some sort of DMA, they regularly post just bought x million
shares xp at 07:35-07:50 while the rest of us chomping at the bit for 0800 to join or top up on a juicy RNA and sure
enough the trade appears pre market
