RE: PPIB status7 Jun 2020 16:11
For those looking purely at SP and shares in issue they are never the driving factor on any share the
current (too high / low for asset cash/debt) and achievable future Market Capital is the factor
that moves a share (rigged pump and dumps excluded)
if the 1st part of the project for the power station comes in at 3.5 billion of which we would own 12%
or around 400M, on the markets things never ever factor by those figures, hence takeover prices
unless a distressed seller always way higher than the current market valuation
Just like an oiler with 500M barrels but yet to drill will not be valued at 500m x $50 dependant on
regional risk etc will be lucky if it gets 10-20c a potential barrel in the ground and likewise Gold
the company will not become worth billions having JORC we have 1m oz's
So what can be achieved with our 3.5B LOI we own 12% 400M
but lets just look at much less 1% (simplified figs used)
35M shares 1,869,000,000 1.87p £35M raised on 1,869,000.000 new at 1.87
70M shares 3,738,000,000 1.87p Market cap still only 2% of LOI
still have 1% of value of LOI and raised £35M cash to fund project still a double bagger for
those in at the recent lows 0.6
At just 2% of LOI valuation same could be done with a resulting sp of 3.74p
Perhaps a consolidation and a bigger raise to fund additional parts of project
35M 1,869M shares 1.87p share consolidation at 10-1 rate new SP 18.7p
35M 186.7M shares 18.7p raised £100M issued 535M at 18.7p
135M 721.5M shares 18.7p still 1.87p in old money
So very lowball 1% valuation one twelfth of our project holding gives a couple of bags
2% multi bags to 3.74p is a rise with still the coal the gas the urea to come
Can Oracle reach such dizzy heights of 1-2% of the initial project value
is it achievable
HELL YES
I have been in many oilers and miners with nothing but high hopes and an upcoming drill reach far far
higher market capitals, ORCP is tangible we are opening a coal mine we are going to supply a power
station with that coal
We should in the future expand that with the Gas/Liquids/Urea elements
We will not be getting an RNA crying DUSTER or our grades where only 0.2 grams per ton when we
expected up to 35g from historical records yada yada
What ever your plan short term, medium, long or a combo as you can see even at lowball figures
some nice profits will come in each of those phases as things progress and we move near to
production and a valuation nearer our holding of 12% not 1%
Longer term the ceo has already stated believes when all parts of the project factored in the total
LOI will be nearer 5-6 Billion which would make above calculations about 1/2 of a percent
