which is principally setting up of the trade investment related SEZ import/export foreign investment areas like
many the Chinese have built in Africa

also prioritised within phase II Agriculture, co-operation in Science/Tech and social programs medical etc

so the cost of these is a fraction of that involved in Phase I Energy Infrastructure that include

Power - coal fired power stations , Hydro power NEW dams, Wind and Solar

Rail - Multiple upgrades to various regional and city lines and the upgrades to ML1 ML2 ML3

Road - Multiple in each catergory of M = Motorways , National N , H = Highways lost count of
the number is have seen in the media this past year in particular as many of the bigger road
completed M5 huge and a Chinese poster sends out pictures most days, much mention of
M8 M9 (M4 also but its not funded by cpec)

No end of housing projects associated with the projects, some residential others specifically
for the large workforces involved in the construction phases and massive rotating Chinese
workforce doing the bulk of major works under Chinese state companies.

So essentially all the major mega expensive stuff was under Phase I and as you said the SEZ primary
under Phase II a large part of that is geared towards attracting external investments

Within the Sindh one of the SEZ would be the eventual outlet for our excess coal production via
import/export companies that will be set up within the SEZ for various products

SEZ's are they are usually set up with many financial incentives for those who get involved, so that
those using the SEZ like we will in the future, get best market prices when trading
(in theory anyway)

As for the wind, read an article sometime back a year or two, and it was always the case that wind assets
would supplement the energy plants, referred to an area of the Sindh that was as good a natural wind
channel as you would find on Earth at a certain time of year, which suggested might not sustain high
rates year round.

The total cost of the ML-1 alone to completion in feb was 1,543 Billion rupees ($10B) and there is many
other rail links with and around the cities and the ML-2 and ML-3 under cpec

and a whole host of other things besides the actual port itself

Current China 's commitment to CPEC is around $67 Billion with over 63B having found a home
what Pakistan put in is on top of China's committed funding

Part of the impending state visit by the inventor of BRI under which cpec is the flagship president
Xi Jinping is to sign off Phase I and move to Phase I emphasis and commit further funds under
the expanding non E & I projects emphasis switching to SEZ, agriculture, science/Tech and a lot
more besides.

If you want a figure to truly blow your socks off, China has already as its looking way down the road
at the projects under BRI at Phase 3-4 and beyond, has already costed its current and future commitments
under BRI for Xi's long term visionary plans at a staggering

$5 TRILLION

and both Sindh regional and national press have carried stories stating, the THAR block vi is a flagship
strategic national project under cpec, due to it unlike the others (they might change and add later)
it is more than just an additional power plant (ref's the Gas/Liquids/Urea)

Its a massive massive project which unfortunately our BOD have zero control over the timetable of events

once Pakistan Power & Infrastructure Board PPIB issue LOI and NTP ""notice to proceed"", that ball game
changes and our consortium can move forward with plans, with a committed Government agreement
to purchase our energy production once plant is built and connected to the grid

got a timetable forming in my head now for next week, LOI before that Pakistan Thursday meeting where they
finally announce the date for the China/Pakistan 10th JCC = all phase I done and dusted switching phase II
emphasis SEZ's Agriculture Science Tech as stated by the Chinese Ambassador in Islamabad a couple of days
ago.

Then quickly followed by the JIA Friday and before I can drink the last tin of Carlsberg, I look at the Sunday
papers and the all singing all dancing state visit where it all becomes signed off, declares Xi Jinping has decided
to visit on the 4th of July, just to cheer Donald up in these difficult times.

we will be much higher at the end of the year as fully funded for all those events and more at this time

Impossible to give a timeline, a lot of boxes to tick as work programs progress and the unknown
factor of how big is West Newton and how much will it sell for if a major moves in to snap it up

Sindh to also increase wind energy resources, certainly turning into the country's
seat of power lol

but this is but a short break, been waiting 10 years for ORCP to even break ground on its
mine mouth coal power station so I guess ORCP is a NEWT

as I put in a post recently ,which tabled all the rna numbers all the conversion where working
one date out and the last conversion had already shown up giving the date they where supposed
to as the likely next conversion date which was 9th June, so fully expecting, the TR1's to land soon

Every little help but not the blockbuster RNA we are looking for
nda no revenue numbers which the market likes to SEE

As for EHG for all we know they have converted more today and usual 2 or 3 TR1
updating will land again
