All the majors are cash flush, the big two in the states, last year posted 2021
results as , profits in the $30 Billion range and most of that from the last 4
months of the years.
Expected profits for 2022/23/24 to be SUBSTANTIALLY higher, Exxon and others making
statements, they plan to use this windfall period, to invest in large scale future projects,
most citing , increases in Gas/LNG and Blue/Green gas projects, Exxon and Chevron, no
plans to leave Oil behind just yet but focus moving to gas. Shell after its hammering in
the Hauge courts, did say leaving Oil behind, to concentrate on Gas and Gas infrastructure
projects.
Shell , did run , Chuditch and Sunrise and declined Beaco previously, after last year, might
have a change of view, with their new focus on Gas.
