That's my hope also, if the 2010 HC ruling stands, maybe that in itself has been the
hold up to our deal with ZCDC, we are still technically banned from mining, until
the case resolved.

AFCR which became VAST, won its case in the courts in 2010, the ruling, we own
the 2 Marange licenses and all diamonds that have been mined illegally, to be put
in storage, pre determination of disposal, their was an appeal............then silence
until now. The high court also banned AFCR from mining the licenses until the
case was resolved, a second company (forget which) also received the same ruling.

Surely can only be after all this time, either they have come to an agreement out of
court, to be approved to take it off the courts books, or likewise to take it off the
books, one of the two parties have dropped its claim.

Last years Platinum sponsor was Exxon, look at the current list, hob nobbing
with a lot of big companies, on a regular basis, Sundagas on Timor, Santos
ENI also have offices on Timor, both fund many social programs.

to be locked away, pending disposal, a corrupt ZCDC official , was accused of their removal
and ordered to return them, the original HC decision, was being appealed by Ministry and
like our , it never came deal with ZCDC ( HC suspended us and the other from mining until
resolved) the legal's faded into the ether, until now.

Taking that as a positive, they have found some mutual grounds and scratch the back, to
resolve the legacy issues and dare we even think, permit us to mine our HC 2010 judged
licenses again.
