on development, Chuditch across the license, likely bigger than Sunrise
(per shells whole license mapping / Boil/SG part license done)

For perspective , the 3 majors spent over $400m developing Sunrise, again
90's prices before mothballing in 2004.

Handing over 56% of that identified 5 tcf and 220mb condensate for $650m
in 2018/19 completed, to Timor Gap , who got a LOAN to be paid back to
the Island fund, from first revenues flowing.

Not a great return for their years of efforts, Sunrise discovered 1974 but that
$650m was at pre gas price boom rates, gives you an indication of what we
could get for a sale of 75% of Chuditch (100% Sundagas)

Likewise ANPM and as said many times , our SUNDAGAS factor, they started it all
back in 2016 , long before the others joined in and then rewarded with the non
tender award of Chuditch in November 2019.

Quick bit of nepotism later, related Dr Butlers on the two BOD and Boil in for RTO
(failed could not raise the cash) taken it bit by bit ever since, by funding Sundagas
to develop Chuditch mapping/seismic etc, until eventually taking 100% of SG.

Minnow holding a Super Majors asset (Shell spent 47m on Chud 90's prices), it
remains a steep rise in waiting. GLA

Timor Gap has gone from a few to several hundred in manpower CDF
while all the , we want this, we don't has continued over recent years.

Meanwhile, many training programs have been held for Timorese personnel
in TL , Australia and Indonesia, several with ongoing annual events, so they
will have the workforce, if they ever get what they want.

In a world crying out for more Gas/LNG, something has to give, known around 30 TCF
sitting idle in that gap, how much more could there be, waiting to be discovered. GLA

The 2021 Timor Leste studies plan was , Chuditch, Kelp 14.5 tcf and Sunrise, to all be
coordinated and developed to feed Beaco on the Island on commission.

That's in 25-30+ TCF (5 billion boe) development ballpark.

Bod rated B.P mine worth 200 million in the past, when it gets to name plate capacity
MC currently only around 17m, which is a long way from that target.

Add in , return of Diamonds 2010 valued $18m which is £15m, the CEO in February said
in the podcast, the Diamonds are worth more than out currrent MC, which was £15m
that day

Finally, if all legacy issues now sorted in Zimbabwe , should now lead to a return
to mining for more Diamonds, again in the past BOD talked of Vast being worth
around half a billion, with both Romania and Zimbabwe in full scale operations.

As the CEO also said in the recent podcast and he's not wrong, Vast the most
undervalued share on the market.

The New II (TR1) upping its holding to over 5.5% of the company, would also
appear to agree with him.

It's always about achievable MC , never sp and the current valuation of Vast by

The Island have dug their heels in for 22 years for Beaco, Woodside to them
have only 1 choice, all the Island want's to know , is how they are going
to do it, suspended pipeline as planned for Bayu-Undan by Phillips originally
?, or other method , style of refinery onshore TL, modular/other and if not
agreeable , Woodside can move aside for someone who will build it all. GLA

If not , will they as threatened, dump Woodside and go elsewhere and with who ?
Will they keep Gusmao's original decree, ALL comes to TL, or finally give clarity and
honour PSC's and company wishes.

Shell , Conoco twice denied , Darwin and FLNG 2001/2008, so left they had PSC but
at the time was Australian, before the boundaries finally set in 2019.

They have since played double standards, saying as the largest % of the project now
all should bend to their wishes, yet denied the majors twice, when TL held 0% of
the asset.

Has to learn to merge his ambition , with reality of finances required
or you end up like those at echo, rapid to healthy production but
built on heavy debts.

Diamonds , should by all accounts clear the debts and hopefully a nice
wedge to progress things, until the revenue streams talk, BP/Taj/Zim.

Then he can go for it ALL, without destroying the share base again. GLA
