starters from that HUB plan, Barossa stymied in the courts, so
where next from , what alternate route to Darwin.

If you look at Shell/Conoco Phillips 2001 plan for Sunrise to Darwin
Chuditch to Darwin pretty much the same, a straight line to Darwin
and no indigenous tribe Islands to take them to court, like Barossa

Plenty of options out there, just need TL to wake up and play ball
