Woodsides recent announcements, have a lot of other projects in play and development, might move aside , if given the Yeo ho ho "right price" to depart, then it would be down to how much resolve Australia have to stump up billions to assist. Still hoping that day coming close and Metinaro and Chuditch FPSO linked, Met FID Nov/by end 2023, Chuditch drill or drop extended to Dec 2023. Both announced around the same time earlier this year. 😉🤔

Does not reallly help TL, local NGO did an article on the Bayu conversion, it had it being only worth around $50m a year to TL, Santos Barossa and ENI Evans Shoal Australian waters and license, planned for their new pipeline to their own Darwin facilities (planned route currently blocked in the courts - can't go via Tiwi Islands waters) Santos Ceo has stated several times, over 400m set aside for the dual pipeline project and Barossa production will go ahead, how ? only have 2 options, overturn the courts, or find a new HUB, Area R Santos/Area P ENI , or wildcard take Chuditch and pipe Barossa and Evans Shoal across to the new HUB.🤔

Its probably why, Santos and ENI have not yet signed off on their Area R/P PSC's, like us waiting for some truth from the Island, will they be allowed to execute their dual pipeline project to their currently set to be idle for 3-4 years own Darwin refineries. They want new pipeline production in to Darwin, old Darwin-Bayu line output carbon/wastes storage only.

will TL let them do it from those license area's, or stick to the 20 year, its ours , it all comes to the Island policy, especially if agreement made with someone (OZ/China/Kuwait/Indo/Japan/UAE) to actually BUILD Beaco and Sunrise Hub.🤔

Only two ever know for certain on any printed TRADE , the MM and client. Have many times myself when a share in vogue or a distressed seller around, bought on/near bid price and sold on near and on rare occasions above the listed ask price, so nothing is ever certain, even at the limits, everything around the mid, often mislabelled all day long, with all MM's working the wrong side of the divide.

Better guide is flat or small rise/fall, trading in reality is even'ish, large rise buyers romping it forcing the bid price up to get sellers to fill orders, large fall the sellers need to fcuk off 😉😂

Reasons given in Parliament, conversion to Gas/LNG (at the time by 2025) with the Import facilities , was to save them millions off the budget and sketchy supply lines of the current Diesel. We plan to drill 2025, who else can supply them with their own cheap gas for that project, shooting themselves in the foot, if they then go and get, more expensive external imports. Timelines also fit each other, Beaco Exports fac tenders 2030 and Metinaro Imports fac was originally part of the Beaco project, removed and moved up Northe near the capital and 2 of the power stations. 🤔

The Island is set to announce on its second project, Petroleum Import Terminal at Metinaro including Gas/LNG Import fac and 90 day tank farm. Final Investment Decision, has been quoted as both November (now) and by end of 2023. That project for delivery of domestic gas to its 3 being converted power stations, our Sundagas Chuditch FPSO plan, a bit of a hand in glove fit, not to mention our drill or drop was extended from Summer 2023 to 18th December 2023, around the same time as that FID announcement for by end of 2023 was made, if it walks like a duck , its a 🦆😉😂

Marcos in his opening statement said he accepted the invitation of Ramos-Horta to visit Timor-Leste and further deepen the two countries' ties.

“I thank you for the very gracious invitation that you have just extended to me to visit your country, and I certainly want and we would certainly want to do that to continue to expand the relations between Timor Leste and the Philippines,” Marcos said.

“Im very optimistic that your visit today will be an important start to developing, deepening that relationship between our two countries.”

Time they were honest and up front supporting the project, we have long settled on FPSO , yet the Island has since done new studies for Beaco, that name Chuditch as part of the 3 field initial pipeline flow to Beaco, publicly supporting our plan would benefit all, us, Boil/SG, TL and the industry that remains sitting on the fence, waiting for clarity, your way or the highway (Beaco still tenders 7 years away)

As a higher authority said, feed them and they will come (return) or we all sit and wait some more, until China turns up and has its own mass takeaway, at bargain basement prices. 😲
