Worth grounding this in the numbers rather than the emojis. Today’s RNS is a governance update, not a commercial one. No contracts announced, no revenue guidance, and the company has raised only ~£713k gross via the ATM to date, which is survival funding rather than growth capital. The 6% warrant package is optional upside for the incoming CEO, not cash invested, and is materially dilutive unless meaningful revenue arrives. A CV and credibility help at the margins, but the investment case only changes when Defence Holdings signs contracts, discloses order values, and demonstrates sustainable income. Until then, any price move is sentiment-driven, not fundamentals-driven.
In other words, more word soup and there will be lots of soup for everyone... ;)
