In the circular that was posted in November it said the board intends to 'propose' a 1:100 consolidation.

This will be a good move because it will allow institutions to buy in, who otherwise would not be mandated to buy penny stocks etc..

Billy, I could not agree with you more... I am a significant holder in this share and I want the very best for everone, but you nailed it on the head here.. This board of directors produce AI written RNS's with fancy words and dress everything up like its the best thing since sliced bread. Its just word soup again..... How much do people think they can charge the Police force for some simple software that is already produced by tens of companies, including microsoft and Apple etc....Its all BS....

One minute they are promising the moon shot with defense, and now this… selling software to a local police force, forgetting that there are already multiple software companies who have already nailed this… Its beggars belief…

10p would be ideal Hightower, but we must not forget that in any RTO the incoming company usually takes 80% + of new shares, therefore wiping out existing holders. We will be diluted to a level that cannot be recovered from. Its a harsh reality of an RTO.

Listing a new business is not cheaper.

CHP is an unlikely candicate for an RTO because it is an investment platform whereby the company will collect shares in multiple other ventures. Jim became a Non-Exec director of Amigo Holdings back in Spetember and Amigo today released an RNS suggesting that talks for an RTO have progressed, and there are interested parties. I would not be surprised if Alba Banks slides inside the shell of Amigo..
