In relation to Resolutions 8 (authority to allot shares) and 11 (disapplication of pre-emption rights), the Board notes that while these resolutions passed by the required majority, there were significant votes against these resolutions. In accordance with The QCA Corporate Governance Code, the Company will engage with shareholders to understand the reasons for their opposition to these resolutions, and will provide an update in due course.

I love QBT, love everything about the company, disheartened back in 2021 due to lack of communication however, I understand they are improving on that , and to be honest they have.

QBT will go above and beyond anyone's expectations, however I just don't want to see anyone get disheartened in the short term; as well all know the forum tends to ride on high emotions if the share does pull back slightly.

Do you still see things as below insight (posted 13th Jan ) ??

Well well well, what do we have here, a pullback ? to the levels I have called, no it can't be.
Top up at 1.5-1.7 . Then the bounce from there will now break 2.40
