The reference to ‘will’ is simply in a future perfect tense connotation, in that it refers to the product being available to someone in future should they want it … the future stars , in a grammatical ‘future perfect tense’ the moment after you’ve read the paragraph … so to me , using a perfectly correct grammar interpretation, means it is available going forward I.e now !?
