.... in many ways jez you're absolutely correct..... 'Groupthink ' which i believe is roughly what you are describing, is a dangerous thing (in the real world of course , 'Bay Of Pigs' , Iraq war , et al ) ....and it would be ideal for everyone to look at both sides of the coin here . We all agree that news could land at anytime , weeks or months away .... most hope its weeks of course , so we know whats next in the greater scheme of things.

But for Topcat and Yourself ( not sure where Eddies gone these days).... to repetitively focus on the downside .... and nothing positive , it really begs the question , if its all doom and gloom , lifetstlying, FG 's having us all over , its never ever gonna happen and all the various othere negative views here etc etc ... all things which are repeated over and over , without anything positive coming from you .... then why are you invested here full stop ... thats the bit i dont get !?
