when Mr.Parsons said that the company would not have drilled in that location after the AVO showed there to be an anomaly and no Tagi in position(I think it was mentioned at the deep dive also). I presume AVO was used before Te9 and so would indicate false readings of poor interpretation. What does this way about the 24tcf remaining Tagi targets in Tendrara?

There was dolomitized silty sandstone where the company expected to find the Tagi. There was 630m of a Westphalian aged succession of fine sandstones siltstones and mudstones and they hardly penetrated the Palaeozoic. There were drill gas readings. Mass spectrometers are sensitive instruments. Gas readings would be expected throughout Tendrara.They would be expected to be C1 to C5. The company intimated gas. The company is well rehearsed in intimating. If shareholders want to extrapolate the company will allow them to do so. They found no producible gas.

I think there is a little confusion. The company failed to find gas not porous/ permeable rocks. If they had found gas they might have overcome the porous/ permeable problem. If they found porous/ permeable rocks they could not overcome the gas problem.

I have seen the first(interview) but didn't know the second was there until I !ooked. Spot the differences from what we know today. Both dated 14th November 2018.

in believing what Mr.Parsons says today is going to be true tomorrow. I asked questions at the fireside chat whether he still stood by the company valuation at the Pumpkin, at various roadshows and in the last penultimate fireside chat. None were answered. I would have thought others would have asked similar questions at the FSC as well though I did not see any. Such question are off the agenda not because of the new conservative " you'll be the last to know, don't want potential suitors to find out, more professional, guided by Rothchild" reasons but because there is nothing there. I was filtered by Mr Tableleg a few weeks ago for saying Mr.Parsons had nothing left in the tank. This week not one person has mentioned the filter button. Nobody believes the story anymore. I would suggest everyone looks in their filter bin because there might be found the truth about the company.

Why do people on this board feel they have the right to censor anything. The number of times strong beliefs and opinions are proved wrong is unbelievable. You do not act as censor for me. The post should be reinstated. I will make up my own mind about it. If the post of MTT was left on the board a lot of people would be better off now. The person who had it removed was wrong to do it, perhaps you are as well?

Rule of thumb sums the company up at the moment. The people in charge are more like Thomas Hardy's Michael Henchard than 21st century men of science. Perhaps a wife or two will be sold in the near future.

I am reminded of the James Stewart film where the passengers marooned after a plane crash exhaust their energy and water and supplies building a new aircraft that will take them to safety. Before they find out whether the plane will fly James Stewart and Richard Attenborough learn that the design of the plane is based on a model. That is where we are. Stuck in the desert relying on a plan based on a model. It may worker it may not. But if you do nothing you are never going to find out. Risky business.

People appear surprised that a full seismic shoot and interpretation would take until 2020. Whilst it is easy to think Brian is making excuses for Te9 failure I think they should listen to his interview with Malcy where he says the same thing but everyone chose to ignore it. Especially the people who insisted Sound should be sold on seismic before the three drills The company does not have a full seismic interpretation and so could hardly sell to a major. I think people were expecting the impossible.

I felt a little sorry for Brian today. I think we forget that he might have preferred a successful Te9. It cannot be pleasant to have people questioning your professionalism and publicly demanding you loose your job. I do not think that is acceptable. Where are those people who praised him in better times. I would not be able to say what the scope of his job in seismic interpretation entails. Sometimes you just have to let people get on with what they are paid to do. I think he represents what Sound is, a risky investment. And perhaps the best option for a small player like the company is.

Welcome John. Do not be put off by any rude comments on this board. You will find everyone on this board knows better than you about shares and the oil industry. That is why they are stuck here. Be prepared for wtf and ffs and even worse. Everyone knows more than you. They will tell you what is wrong with the company and how to put it right. There is a fsc today. Why not joini in and ask a question? There will be plenty of opportunity because most of critics of the company and management will unsurprisingly disappear for a few hours. Remember it is more enjoyable to be out of Sound at he moment and that has been true for the last two years. The past is a guide to the future.

I agree Brian should resign. The rest of the geology team was assembled by him and they should go as well. That leaves Sound with no geologists whatsoever. No worries. There are plenty of top geologists with their own teams who can be transferred in. They will hit the ground running. Probably ignore all that has gone before and build up a new basin model and maybe shoot some new seismic. Hopefully this will take days rather than years. Maybe go out on roadshows and meet investors. I have a feeling this is going to happen. Happens in the Premier league all the time. I am sure the skills are transferable. I hear Arsene is available.

The post by MTT was posted at 1.30 pm on the 14th Noember 2018 and removed within 15 minutes which is shockingly quick. The TD RNS was posted at 15.27 pm on the same day. I remember saying in a post just after that it appeared the company was trying to " put lipstick on a pig" and cited how sad it was that we were told it was on schedule and within budget. There is little doubt in my mind that this RNS was rushed out mid afternoon as a response to a leak. What MTT posted was accurate and significant. Whether or not it was a guess of not is not relevant but what is relevant is that the company appeared to take it as such. They made the decision at this point to limit the amount of information they gave out because all of the information they had was unpleasant. I hope nobody bought shares in Sound on Thursday and Friday in ignorance of what others knew. It would have been an expensive mistake whilst other were still able to offload their devalued stock. Tut tut tut.
