Remember the Jury ruled NONE of Maxwells products infringed capxx patents.
How confident are Capxx that they are correct and are able to convince the relevant Judge/Jury next time around having failed this time?

Looking at the jury declaration it appears that the jury considered none of the alleged products infringed capx patents.Even if the patents were valid. ( making an appeal less likely?)
So why did they sue Maxwell.
Either Capx know nothing about supercaps or the jury don't.
Payment of costs is at the judges discretion...

If capx get away with no costs....Monday might not be that bad a day.
