The warrants holders/placees need a respectable % above the 0.06 excercise price to sell.
the company i presume would like the funds it would raise if all exercised...
News is needed to lift the sp so they will exercise.

This is only 1.4b of the 4.1b warrants issued.
Still a decent amount yet to be exercised. Sentiment is dwindling, and that will continue until news,
News is needed to encourage the other warrant holders to exercise...

the company only issues shares for excercised warrants....already sold and money received.

7,172,000,000(shares) x 1p(price) =£71.172,000 mcap

Warrants are not shares...warrants give you the right to buy shares from the company at the exercise price.
If the sp falls below 0.06 then they are wortless.if they cash them in now and then buy shares with the free money they have full control.
Selling at anything above 0.06 gives them a profit...
0.12 and above would imo be the time to cash in.
If you believe in the company then rebuy...giving more control.

the way I see it and its just my thoughts.
Numerous large trades. Reason imo is purely the warrant holders cashing in..(4 B).at 0.06 most will take 100%. (1.2).
So say 10m warrants...they sell at 1.2 giving them £12k..
£6k to the company, leaving £6k to reinvest, so many could be buying back in...so its possible and very likely these trades are sells first and then buys.

Of course no way of knowing.

After reading the transcript and listening to the interview again AZ does say reverse split!

A share consolidation is also known as a "reverse stock pick".
Was he referring to this or not?
Because i see a reverse placing as a company buyback....and that will certainly effect the sp.

If the free float is 12.3%...where are the interested iis going to get their quota from?
