Why would anyone exercise their bonds at a issue price of 0.060 at 0.060?
Long way to go before they will even think about selling them.

the 30 days closed period is prior to EOY report being published is it not?

Not so much the £224.5m paid for a platform...the issuance price of the shares, why 0.69p?
Now we are all aware of AIM (yes i know its main market)and its jam tomorrow and equity raises by placings....
Why start off at a very very low price...only way is up!
Think about it....just oozes confidence in what they have acquired ...of course in my opinion.

My take on the small trades of £1,£10.
Every trade has to be reported correctly, errors are made...rather than cancel the report they correct the original report with an additional report.
ie once had to phone broker because online trading was down...they put the trade through at over the phone price...then corrected it later with an additional trade showing for a few pounds (the difference between online and phone dealing charges).
Mistakes are made in reporting...i see these as just corrections.

The trades are what they are , nobody but the person whos trade it is and the MMs know whether buy or sell, these are off book trades, could be one large trade split into sections and reported as completed after hours...could have taken days to fill, the average price being the reported price.

i use ii, have in the past done two bed & isas,
one was completed in a matter of hours and the other took the full three trading days that they state it can take.
i believe if you pay a small fee they will do it same day.
"x" amount taken from trading account and "x" amount (less spread which is usually the minimum) placed into isa account. It will cost you shares...but not too many.

From what i understand,
In voluntary administration..."voluntary" key word.
Company being restructured.
Talks ongoing as to exit strategy from admin. Believe discussions concerning liquidation on Aug 11th.
The above little snippet suggests maybe no liquidation and looking at a return to market?
Any thoughts?

sham, i do not know what 11.59 will bring. More than likely what we all expect...but while there is hope then all is not lost.And imo it does not state discussions ended or admin appointed so therefore i see a little hope....even if it is only for the next 5 hrs and 38 mins!

No not appointed...
RNS words used "expected" "intention".
At 11.59 that may well be different but currently i read this as discussions still taking place with the threat of administration still there but not active.
