The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
For a relatively newbie to trading, can anyone please enlighten me on why when a relatively small investment is made the Sp seems to rise sharply. Conversely on a relatively small sale drops significantly.
Further more on quite substantial buys the Sp merely flickers.
Just a thought
About flipping time too if you don't mind me saying. This company will hopefully be going places soon, to be honest wish I had more to invest on the recent dips alas not.
Good luck all

What 66, your bank account or their bank account, certainly not mine on the basis of this company's performance over the last 12 or so months
Watched throughout the day, I was expecting the sp would rise more obviously. However against the back drop of a poor market in general , its a good solid rise.
Fantastic RNS, my thoughts are now shifting away from a takeover as I feel this project will just grow and grow hopefully.
That said if a fair / fantastic offer comes in, one would consider it.

Sleepydisaster with his 2 posts rattling his cage, now now, on the whole the KOD board is generally well informed and balanced. You may have been invested here for many years, who knows.
Anyway the point is some may be tense at this juncture, punted their well earned hard cash and just venting their feelings and thoughts, or is it thoughts and feelings, no harm done its allowed.
What will be will be.
We're all after the same thing aren't we, good profit hopefully to improve our lives and the lives of those around us.
Buy the way I think the price next year will be £1981 per share.

I see a ship in the harbour ( excuse the pun lol) and that ship has now sailed.
Those selling recently may have missed the boat so to speak.
Good luck all particularly long term holders at a loss still.
This may, just may come good

Don't know about cancer treatment, this company needs to develop an antidepressant to lift the mood of the share holders.
Shocking performance from the Sp over the last year, £4.40 still sees me down
One for my great grandchildren this one, haven't even got any grandchildren yet so long time to recover yet fortunately lol.
You won't get trampled in the rush though, dog of share this one.
Burnley88 your about as optimistic as Sean Dyche, Positive Mental Attitude is only allowed here. 2p 10 yr high has surly got to be the minimum target. I suspect that SP was based on potential.
Now we have almost established that potential.
So I go with a future SP of 2p plus, how long that will take who knows. Although obviously a buy out could be more, could be less. I do prefer a buy out at the right price obviously, takes away the gamble.

Dear oh dear, may as well of given my money to a big issue seller than this dead donkey. Week on week, month after month SP continues to drop.
What a disappointing share.
I may have to take up a post with the Big Issue at this rate, I'll set up my pitch outside head office.
