I had a look at the share graph, and it looks like a Worzel Gummidge hat, that a pigeon has crash-landed on the top of. I don’t know if that has any significance to the investment prospects?

The next milestone will be to get above the recent high of 50p, before the temporary delay in the licence was intimated.

I note that the licence application meeting is PRIOR to the Chinese New Year, so hopefully we should have positive news towards the beginning of February.

"Property firm Hammerson saw its shares drop by 10.8p to 413.2p on news that it has sold a Paris office block at a price 14% below book value. The group said it sold the building to a client of Invesco for 121 million dollars, below the book value of 140 million pounds at the end of June 2009. Broker Noble said investors may "have been spooked by the big discount ... and the potential negative impact on valuations for the rest of Hammerson's French portfolio". The broker added that Hammerson was looking for "more interesting things [to] do with the capital" and would be looking to re-use the money elsewhere."

UBS has developed an appetite for The Restaurant Group, owner of the Frankie & Bennie’s and Chiquito brands. The Swiss bank has raised its rating for the stock from neutral to buy and upped its price target from 205p to 218p,
