If it's new owner / management - I don't know. Like I said, I'm not invested and I don't follow it. Just thought I'd share my professional experience of them.

I have no shares here.

However as a seafarer for a very large corporation who has used H&W, I was actively involved in the docks in Belfast. The team leaders in the yard were excellent. The majority of the workers were Romanian and were awful. The morning yard meetings with H&W management were laughabe.

Some VERY costly mistakes were made by H&W. It's gone to arbitration and is still ongoing but it's tens of millions.

This is not new news this was a couple of years ago.

As a yard they are an absolute shambles.

Like I said, I'm not invested but I have experience with them in Belfast and it was way below expected and they will be accountable for it financially.

Yes we have had a great run which we are also all grateful and more importantly LUCKY for. It didn't have to be this way. No one has a crystal ball, even though many appear to think that they have.

Fully confident we will improve. Let's not beat other people down and criticise.

Glad it's gone green finally! If we started a continued decline Monday morning after election I'd be pretty concerned..

I'm with Octopus and luckily I am in one of their renewable areas so if it's windy or overly sunny I get free unlimited electricity for 3 hours a day. All my major draws are on smart plugs so I time them to coincide.

If you are in profit which I guess you are quite a bit. You will have to pay your CGT. But you will have to declare it in a self assesment as it's not automatic. Generally speaking, transactions of £20k or more will flag up as something to potentially be of significance by HMRC.

Obviously you have your CG allowance year on year, so you could sell in tranches to take advantage of this. This would be slow and painful.

Unfortunately you should have moved them from your GESPP Computershare to an ISA annually. Would have saved you a lot of money I would imagine.

Elections bring uncertainty which negatively affects the market.

We have had some positive broker upgrades over the past couple of weeks. I expect these to be reflected next week with a bit of positivity what ever the results from the election.

But the drop since the recent highs has been a tough blow for everyone, no one wants to see a share price falling.

Anyway it's raining which is good for my lawn as I fertilised it prior to the rain 😂

If I had any spare liquidity I would most certainly buy now!

Not really, we know they are not accurate and are best system generated guesses from which way they are closer to the buy or sell price at that given moment in time... I wouldn't even bother checking it, especially after hours.

For every buy there is a sell so doesn't really matter does it and vice versa..
