The "not legally binding" comment stands out by the EPA and for me the EU's not the immediate concern as this was only found in SYM's favour a couple of months back and with how slowly they move doubt they had contracts there yet its more that the views of the EU had been effecting opinion of potential buyers worldwide.

Wonder how these will be effected if indeed they are?

Don't mean to be rude Henry but do you have the names of those KC's or is that just a pi's "interpretation?" as if so it won't carry as much weight as Josh's legal view.

His legal view and advice is that SYM should carry on selling into the EU on the back of this news. (if indeed they have sold anything in the EU yet?)

Maths still comes out well for selling the 5% mix imo. If Rost is as expected capable of producing at 2900mcf raw gas/day and they're only putting 250mcf/day through the plant then even running Rost below full flow could give them 2000mcf/day and at 5% helium which is 100mcf/day helium@$300/mcf or $30,000/day on top of the $100K/month projected through the plant.

Presuming my maths is correct that seems pretty good on the revenue front for a co. MDH's size?

Noted Mosman 's RNS today and that in it they had MDH's $300/mcf estimate for helium confirmed by Sproule..

"At current helium prices, the 2U gross case equates to a potential purified liquid helium value of ~$40 million at $300/Mcf, with the 3U outcome approaching ~$80 million. Methane and other hydrocarbons provide additional direct sales value of $3-10 million, but their potential for power generation may significantly exceed this."

They haven't got a plan on how to use the excess gas yet though. Not as sharp as our Nick I guess.

Must admit I was one of those confused by the RNS. Have noted though that the co. is not so confused. They reiterated their 110p 3 year target whilst telling us this is a three year exclusivity deal so they're obviously expecting big things from it.

Still holding and topped up today as thinking 1. those subscribing at 20p obviously know a lot more than me and 2. there's always the chance of being blindsided by a positive update from Everfex should I dare sell.

How many of these 73M are going to have access to the plug in though?Heard the interview yesterday where they were talking of 100M but6 then only 1M with access to the plug in so a little confused.

Can't tell you when is going to go up Syedhas that's down to the market but they do seem keen to move pretty fast so should be plenty of newsflow this year imho..

You are wrong mate. That article states clearly the new co. to be listed is solely focussed on the Jameson basin but thanks for it anyway.

Rach is wrong anyway. The 2 co''s are merging and setting up a new co. thats focussed solely on this Greenland hydrocarbon play to be called Greenland Energy Co. and its this new Co. that will be valued at the $215M expressly for its 70 percent of Jameson and nothing else.

Think confirmation of an offtaker at the $500/mcf level will do a lot to repair sentiment here. Nothing like knowing you're going to get paid and paid well to motivate workers and investors alike imo.
