I doubt he had any choice as he didn't leave the company with much in the coffers. I'm sure he would have preferred hard cash.

How much cash is left and what is the current cash burn per month?

Hallmark - your figures are incorrect. The cash burn rate has been significantly reduced post-period end as the company awaits the extension of its exploration permits.

The company is fully funded to feasibility study/production decision at Kveno Bolnisi.

The company just wants to reassure it's shareholders. I think a positive meeting with ministers of a new government is material news. The company has been criticized in the past for not putting enough news out so it seems they can't win LOL

I just read the article in The Sunday Times today and it isn't very flattering about Immupharma.
It mentions that Panmure Gordon has an 8.2p price target and wasn't very impressed with the latest announcement, especial the £2 million investment into one of Tim's other companies.

Steelmin not yet producing commercially and need further financing from RRR. I wonder if RRR will have to issue more convertible loan notes?

On 9 July ECHO announced it discovered gas at CSO 2001 and the share price barely moved on that news. I think that puts today's RNS in perspective and shows the drop in sp is well overdone.

Today's drop is completely overdone on this relatively minor well. I've just added some more as the share price is now ridiculously low due to traders selling out this morning.

Disappointing RNS but a realitively minor well in the overall scheme of things.
The big one is still to come - EMS 1001. We also have stimulation of the ELM1004 upcoming plus 3 workovers not to mention Tapi Aiki so no point getting disheartened over today's news.

Market cap seems very low now considering the increase in production and the oil price. The company also has a low cost debt facility which greatly reduces shareholder dilution.

Lots of newsflow to look forward to with the drilling of new wells and further acquisitions being lined up.

Moving freely now so seller is likely cleared as said yesterday.
Hopefully we'll see at test of the recent high around 0.8p in anticipation of the Monchetundra permit landing
