We're paying the price now for all those ****ty financing deals over the last couple of years.

The SCP & YA loan notes plus all the warrants will act as a drag on the share price. Without them the share price would have been able to move much more freely.

I still don't understand how EUA were able to strike a deal with Sinosteel on good terms yet the short-term financing deals were awful and amongst the worst I've seen on AIM.

It says in the RNS that Sanderson are subject to an orderly market agreement. How many warrants do they have?

I thought EUA had an agreement with YA that it wouldn't convert the loan notes before September? Unnecessary dilution today unfortunately.
YA still has loads of warrants so I hope it doesn't start selling shares and then exercising the warrants

The bank robber is probably trying to help the market makers close their short position by trying to smear Mat Lofgran.
If the share price starts going higher the shifters will start sweating and will be forced to close their short by buying shares in the open market. This will drive the share price higher as it's quite illiquid. This could start to become very interesting.

They must be desperate for sellers now.
If shareholders don't sell they will have to buy in the open market to cover their shorts which could lead to a big rise in the share price.

I don't think there's anything behind the fall other than a large position being sold. The share is illiquid so a bit of selling leads to a disproportionate fall in the share price. The opposite will happen when the seller is cleared and the so will recover quickly.

The fundamentals are very solid and investors enjoy an excellent dividend yield. I'm glad I've had the opportunity to load up at such a low share price.

Very quiet here at the moment but news is due on several fronts. I'm confident we'll see a strong recovery in the share price

It is a rare thing on AIM for a company, especially one with such a low market capitalisation, to have access to debt financing on such good terms.
NTOG has an excellent opportunity to build production on its leases and create very significant value for shareholders.

Hopefully the seller is cleared now. It could recover very quickly from here.

Well there's clearly a big seller but that's when I like to buy, on so weakness with no fundamental reason. With such a good dividend it will soon recover

Great buying opportunity IMO. Just taken another 3000 shares. Excellent dividend yield and recent results were strong.

Yet more delays. It's only a matter of time before the company runs low on working capital and needs a bailout placing. What price is the placing going to be at?

I think the Montechundra permit sign off by the Russian PM is highly likely, say 95% chance. Most long-term shareholders have seen it as a mere formality after the mineral rights were awarded.

It will be interesting to see, when we get the RNS, whether the news was already priced in. The share price was 0.25p earlier this year so it's already over a 3 bagger from there.

Other costs I haven't deducted in my calculations are the ongoing site costs like running the lab and the 8 employees that work on site.

The revenue at WK is split 65%/35% between the contractor and EUA

Just doing some calculations on how much EUA make at WK.
I reckon each KG of platinum produced is worth £2800 to EUA.
I've allowed for the following parameters.
65% contractor fee
EUA own 68% of WK
Raw platinum produced contains around 65% pure platinum
Refining cost 2.75% paid by EUA
Platinum is sold at 7% discount to spot price
Current spot price around $26700 per KG
Exchange rate GBP USD 1.31

So if current production is around 100 KG then EUA has made about £280,000 so far this mining season (100KG raw platinum).
Have I missed anything - I thought perhaps there are some Russian state taxes to deduct but I'm not sure what % to deduct?

Annoying how the share price is falling. I wonder if they are lining up a placing to pay off the loans
