The site visit was by Levan Davitashvili, Minister of Environment Protection and Agriculture, together with Nino Tsilosani, Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee on Environment and Natural Resources, and members of the Working Group on Environmental Pollution. I think I misread the translation and the economy minister wasn't there.

The JV partner has clearly made some large investments which have greatly improved it's operations. This is very positive news for Empire as these environmental issues were probably the reason for the delay in issuing the exploration permit.

Wow - I just watched the Largo Resources interview. This is absolute dynamite and hugely significant for Jangada.

Largo Resources operates a mine in Brazil (so one of Jangada's neighbours) which has one of the highest grades of vanadium in the industry. The CEO was clearly very excited about its pilot plant which is producing titanium (TiO2) from the non-magnetic tailings. He describes the project as 'great' and says it will have the same importance as the Vanadium that is being produced. This is very significant thing to say for us, given Largo's extremely high vanadium grades.

As Dcat80 has already pointed out, Largo has 13% TiO2 in the tailings whilst Jangada has 33.75% in the non-magnetic ore. This will have huge value to Jangada when processed and will give the project a very high return.

I think very few people have picked up on this besides Dcat and Swizz. I'm feeling very excited after watching the interview and realising the significance for Jangada. Most of us were wondering why we handed over Pedra Branca to ValOre to concentrate on the vanadium project and this decision is starting to make sense.

The Georgian environmental protection Minister and the Minister of Economy recently made a site visit to the JV partner's mining operations in the Bolnisi region.
This follows the RNS announcement regarding confirmation of tenure from the National Agency of Mines ('NAM') for two key deposits in the Bolnisi Project licence.

The ministerial site visit was reported by the Georgian media and seems like a positive development, demonstrating a good relationship between the government and the JV partner.

Hopefully, this is a further sign that Empire will soon restart the work programme at the Georgian Licence.

Yesterday, I wondered if it was YA/Riverfort selling into the Twitter induced rise but after reading today's posts it seems more likely that long-term holders were lightening up on their positions in the hope of buying back sub nominal after the pump and dump was over.

It seems the equity sharing deal was clearly designed to get around the problem of shares not being issued below the 10p nominal price. Riverfort/YA can now sell shares at below nominal and still make a profit as the the lower the share price the smaller the monthly payment that is due from them to WSG

Am I right in thinking YA/Riverfort need to sell around £150,0000 worth of shares per month as a result of the equity sharing agreement (£1.75m /12) which is then paid to WSG +- adjustment for the share price?

PF wouldn't be doing his job properly if he wasn't trying to capitalise on it at the moment.

I think there's a good chance it could happen here. I've seen several companies put out RNSs recently that show they have products that will be in demand due to the spread of Coronavirus and the share prices have seen a big re-rate. There can't be many companies out there that have first hand experience of dealing with an epidemic so I think there will be fresh demand forWSGs products and services may be in demand.

WSG should be very well positioned to make money out of the panic, especially considering it has very recent experience of dealing with an epidemic. If we get an RNS to say it has won a large order for detection equipment or something like that we would see a huge rise as everyone would pile in.

MMs don't seem keen to move the ask up. This often happens when they are trying to fill a worked order where the buyer has set a limit price. As Dcat80 says, if they are hit with some 30k fill or kill buy orders they will be forced to move the price up. My broker has been giving me buy quotes for 2.48p for the last half an hour

Fowler would have obviously known the effect of stating 'February' in the trading update. I still think that means it is odds on for an RNS in next few days.

Think we've seen a drop like this in the past followed by a positive RNS. Come on PF, let's be having you, you must have been pretty damn confident a few weeks ago to put a February 'deadline' on the contract being signed.

The strategy has always worked out well in the past and seems like a good opportunity this time around given contract news is imminent if you believe what PF said a few weeks back
