Thanks for posting the link to this scoping study.

This project looks very high grade. Most of the revenue comes from the rare earth and Zircon, with the titanium (rutile and ilmenite) only accounting for 28% of the revenues. Also the titanium is around 33% contained in the ilmenite and rutile so much higher grade than at Pitfield.

The resolutions and letter from Bell has been posted in the Red Rock Resources Telegram group

I already looked at the Tellnes mine but the reported grades look much higher than at Pitfield.

The Tellnes deposit contains 300 million tonnes of ore at an average grade of 18% TiO2

It would be good to find some other examples in order to form a judgement on whether the titanium ore that has been hit at Pitfield is likely to be economic to mine

Has anyone managed to find an operating hard rock titanium mine with the sort of grades that EEE has hit?

At least Lofgran awarded himself a nice 25% payrise to $275,000 despite the company still managing to make a substantial loss when oil prices were so high in 2022

Please share the research with us that indicates the Titanium dioxide at Pitfield looks to be of massive commercial value.

How do you think production costs of TiO2 in a hard rock deposit like Pitfield compare to TiO2 produced via soft mineral sands projects?

How do the TiO2 grades compare to other ilmenite producers?

I must admit the posts on here make me chuckle.

We need less of the rockets and giant fairytales and more analysis of the results from people with knowledge of the sector

They have only drilled 2% and virtually all of it is mineralised so the chances of making further discoveries of metals, including copper is very high

The people mentioning the copper grades clearly don't understand the implications of the RNS.

The drill results confirm a 40km X 8km metal containing mineralised system which is enormous! They have only drilled 2% so there is huge potential to make further discoveries

Mining analyst John Meyer said today that the royalty payments should be worth between $2.6m and $4m per year that's on top of the initial $1.7m payment. That's far more than the current KRS market cap plus you get 100% of the phosphate mine thrown in for free

Keras produced a bulk sample of 10,000 tonnes that was valued at $1.5million several years ago. On that basis the additional royalties/fees that Keras are to receive in the terms of the resolution should be worth in excess of $10million

Very pleased to see the long running uncertainty over Nayega has been resolved.

Most shareholders had given up the idea of getting anything out of the project and this is reflected in the low share price.

The terms of the resolution will bring funds into the company that are probably greater than the current market cap and will enable the company to grow the fertilizer project into a much larger operation without any requirements for external funding

Egdon now has a similar market cap to UJO despite UJO having a 10% higher stake in Wressle and double Egdon's cash holding

Should see a decent re-rate given the price paid for Egdon where most of the value was in Wressle

What is the current cash position as the company will presumably need to spend a large amount on drilling and feasibility studies to prove up the licences?

I had a quick look at the lead prospect on the licences where there is a JV but the gold resource appears to be 1km to 2km below ground. A deep underground mine would be very expensive to develop, possibly in the $billions. Has anyone managed to find details of the scoping studies that are mentioned in the RNS as that would provide some interesting details? It's good to do a bit of research on the potential transaction before jumping in, especially when the share price has risen so much already. It would also be interesting to know why WRE has been in business rescue proceedings since January and wasn't able to secure finance.

That's a stonking potential deal announced today and one of the best on AIM in recent years.

The terms are excellent and remind me of the deal struck by Atlantic Lithium which fully funds construction of the mine by only giving up a 50% interest. RNS also states that much of the due diligence has been completed
