We had twelve weeks of stability while the Tory’s faffed about choosing a leader. Two weeks in and they have trashed the economy. There is nothing so bad that government can’t make worse. Did Truss & Kwasi actually take any advice ? FFS stop giving money away that you don’t have.

JG68, I think it’s important not to get caught up in the feeding frenzy that is the market at the moment. Keep your sights on the horizon and the longer game here. There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so. Best not to focus on the daily carnage. As for tactical nukes by Putin, have faith in Western governments to have prepared for an appropriate response & just relax, keep calm & carry on.

If anyone is still holding these then you have my sympathy. A recent report suggests the cost of charging EVs from public charge points is almost the same as ICE. Not a very good incentive for EVs. At some point this has to turn but I'm still hesitant to jump back in until company is valued at cash position which is about 50 - 55p. What a disaster. Seems to me the world algos decided to sell on Friday afternoon triggering a raft of stop losses & short selling. Just the market doing what it does best - creating volatility. Seems a lot of good value around at the moment. Bounce by Wednesday next week I recon. Santa is coming.

2024 is only 15 months away. My purchases were with a five year (& longer) view in mind. Question is, how will the brokers value CPI going forward. I don't believe sub 30p will be on the table much longer.
