Putin is now under pressure to raise Living Standards. The Navalny situation ensures he must deliver. To achieve this or even stabilize the current level he MUST mke sure oil prices continue to rise.

The balanced view has concluded that there is an extremely high probability that the Atomic Deal will succeed. Yes of course there is a small possibility may not. But the overwhelming opinion here is that the next few weeks will be transformational.However you interpret that.
