Following on from the TR1 we all expected a very Blue day.
Instead we see unusual Selling activity.
I hate to say it but am I the only one who thinks maybe the Law Firm is to blame.
In which case they may not have been HAPPY to be paid in this way.
On the other hand it could be yet another Bondholder at work.
Either way today is far from what we were expecting.
When will Art prove he is on our side too?

Nothing seems to change here Bolton.
By paying the Law Firm in confetti they could inflate their charges knowing that in the end it's PIs paying for it. I hope theyre6 not selling bit by bit or we've got another delay.
Only a JV will help us.Even very LTH like Myself and Bolton are losing patience.We have maybe stayed too long. But hoping against hope has become a way of life.

I hope they were happy. But at this juncture we just aren't sure
As Shaa says they can sell their shares if they wish. But if they do we are bound to be told that their interest has diminished. They could of course increase their holding. What this Law Firm do with their new asset will be significant.
My sense is they will hold for a while to see how things play out.

We are unsure whether they were Happy or not.
What we can be sure of is now that they are IN they will be on our side to get this mad SP going North.
So win win for all.

Expect loads of naysayers to suddenly wake up and post nonesense at their masters behest.

I would say that company has been working on the JV for a long time.They will have had access to every move made by either side. They will above all be sworn to secrecy. It seems they ran a very tight ship. Til now.
