The trail of deceit. goes back 6 years but many, including me, failed to join the dots.

Now the scales have fallen from our eyes and we see clearly.

It's looking more and more like the JV reaching Commercial Terms is just not true.

Why would we need other Institutions coming in board and putting their poke into Exxon's plans.

That just isn't going to happen.

It may well mean the JV is a farce or it's irrevocably broken down.

If he can't get a JV over the line with an asset such as we have, then he's the wrong man for the job.

Her word is not to be believed either.

She just parrots whatever line Art is pushing at the moment.

The times she's said "now is the time to buy" etc etc I've lost count of. She once replied to me telling me I shouldn't read the Chat Boards. They will lead me astray. I believe she works for several companies, not just Copl. Their role is to act as a Firescreen between the CEO and irate shareholders

Why would we need further investment after the kind of JV we're expecting?

The Major would not only provide all the Financial clout we need, but also they would not want other entities muddying the waters of control.

Are we being prepared for a JV failure?

If we are in the cusp of a JV( and we're banking on that,) should we be consolidating to facilitate new investors. If a JV really is on the cards we won't need ANY NEW I.

So either this reason is a smoke screen or he's preparing for the JV to fail.

Reluctantly I've concluded that we need a CEo with a totally different approach. One who will work to take his shareholders with him. One who will set out a bold but achievable plan which we can buy in to.

I just don't believe Art can ever be that kind of leader.Hes proved time and again his priority lies in establishing a coterie of High Net worth individuals, mates from the past and Bondholders

We I'm afraid are a nuisance he has to put up with.

Ànd that's over more than 6 years. For five of them I was Art's champion.. Bolton is the same. Even he has changed from asking Art to do the right thing to a Bolton who is clearly very upset.

There's nothing worse than finding out your idol has feet of clay.

I supported this CEO for years until gradually I could see he wasn't the Messiah I thought he was. He has turned my k30 investment into a shell. I'm not going to walk away and let him get away with it.

He must read these boards and must know unless he delivers his job is on the line

Cyprus. Many don't hate the company. They can see the potential. They also can see how that potential has been stifled and choked by very poor management decisions. They have a fantastic asset but so far they don't seem capable of exploiting it.

Shocking Financial decisions and a seeming lack of expertise have conspired together to lose Market support and hence Shareholder Value.

We may get there in the end but by heck it's been a painful ride

I would shed no tears if Art were to be removed.The problem is that he has created an entourage of acolytes who have everything to lose should there be a change of policy and approach.

It's not a question of just beheading the King. The whole Art seruo needs to be replaced.
