Thank you. I agree that although somewhat unexpected and probably unwelcome to most PI's in the way in which it was handled, that SD did the right thing as under pressure for institutional investment that posed less risk to their investment (via a low SP) but without completely excluding PI's.

Governance is important to SD as well as sustainability. Whilst this might all seem woke...I believe it is key to future investment from large organisations who embrace it.

I’d like to add a ps to this with my own controversial viewpoint on ‘why the fund raise now when the so is so goddamn low’ !??

Well … in considered reflection , because, I too felt this viewpoint initially! Having watched the proactive interview and ruminated on why now when so so low ; I have decided that SD was desparate to get instos on board and whilst not wanting to completely alienate us retail investors totally , he did a strategic and tactical move when so so low to attract instant insto interest after drumming up trade at investor presentations and almost ensuring they had easy and instant access to it over and above us pis.

It went over the initial 10 million dollar raise by closing it at 16 mill in the end to include any PIs that actually made it in !

He wanted instos and this was a sure fire and cheap ( less risky ) way to ensure they got in.

Controversial? Maybe. Am I right? Who knows. But it worked … so maybe !!

Ok .. so my somewhat sleepy ( post late night wine intake ) observations on the latest SD proactive interview is this :

He’s a little defensive about the cash raise as he’s totally aware of the controversy but defends his raise to bring in instos and investment into other prospects outside Havieron

Havieron is ‘sensational ‘ ( nice verbology ) and he is hoping to find even another ‘half a Havieron ‘ in elephant country !

He’s using his absolute faith ( and no doubt insider knowledge !) on havieron soothing our ( retail investors ) furrowed brows and soon being Re-rated sp - wise !

He took advantage now of the chance to get in himself cos he hasn’t had a chance before now.

We were low in coffers monies outside the hav cash balance to explore ‘otter potential havieron S ‘ which may secure our future fortunes if one hits ! Ie. We cannot let up on prospecting 100 % owned tenements now to secure our future greatness.

Bottom line is he needs instos. He inherited a fairly non strategic pathway for this via the old guard ( GH ) and though retail investors are important. Instos are key to future success.

I personally remain now convinced all is well abs havieron is a given fortune maker but if we strike even once more ( which is his multiple asset aim ) we will then be in clover .

Well I for one have managed to buy a teeny amount more thro PB(a mere 9095 allocated) but more power to my elbow!

Slight pain in the butt having to open a new platform to suit them but heyho, and onwards & upwards we go! Maybe an extra Xmas pressie with the eventual proceeds:-)

Tin hat time temporarily I think but with a positive genius stroke we hope , for the near future.

Yes I know! All is crossed for positive moves. Not sure how much more of this stagnant SP we can take. We need an uplift despite all the good stuff that is obvious to us all. Good luck!

As I said ...'after 'my holy grail positivity post early am....I am hoping there is method in Shaun's madness.

My good friends Jerry. and Bamps, remain positive and expectant of good news ahead. I tend to believe in their positivity along with my own feelings that SD is neither mad nor stupid and not especially greedy for money right now, or he may have sold us out before now already!

I DO believe, however, that SD is hungry for success and, dare I say it , power and kudos, and he is an astute man! I tend to err, despite some disappointment in the handling of this delicate matter, on the side of positivity.

Methinks an announcement of some 'other' news that pleases us more must be due.

Hope I am right! I sure as hell need some good news that doesn't continue to derail the SP. WE ALL DO SD......pin yer ears back and shout it from the rooftops. We all need something solid and uplifting that moves us closer to obvious, (not buried] treasures to keep us all intact and loyal

Did anyone ever see that old movie in the Indiana Jones series ? The one with the trail of the holy grail ? I did.

The nazis and our hero & his learned dad searched for it . One to rob it for riches and the other to protect and preserve it as they knew just what it was worth to the world in reality.

When it came to it ,the bad guys drank from the shiniest glossiest cup thinking that must be the holy grail. They crashed and burned !

But the educated guys knew it to be the humblest and smallest cup in plain sight.

Truth is it’s only the educated that knew it’s real value.
I see , as do most of us on here , that Hav and possibly our other emerging tenements , are our holy grail ,evolving over time and whilst a small humble company in the making , it’s full of buried treasure and far more valuable than it currently looks in reality.

It takes an educated person to know and see why, and this might not be the best analogy ( apologies !)

But It’s real value is there in plain sight. It’s just most can’t yet see it. They haven’t done their research properly … yet !!

GLA. I’m waiting for true value to shine through. It will, because we know ! Patience.

You make a 'sound' point there Sound.
I notice that my last two or three posts in support only of trusted LTH's have been obliterated unfairly and it causes me concern for the freedom of innocent, as it happens, speech on this board.
Businesses like this need our support and trust, and most of us genuine investors on here need forums that we can speak freely on.
Quite why my supporting and polite requests on my posts for respected posters to return were deleted, I do not know! If LSE are listening, then please note that this is not the way forward to keep our allegiance and our respect for you.

Best Regards intended. We do however, need a voice that doesn't get quashed for no good reason.
