Can't remember the thread name so I'll start a new one!
I liked GH and was personally gutted when he left; but it has come to light that he definitely 'has' sold 70 odd m shares and remains with maybe 5m! His decision, his choice and his prerogative clearly, and good luck to him , but he has still left some in and will be a very wealthy man with or without them. But he STILL has faith clearly.

SD took a while to blow GH's following away due to sentiment, charisma etc etc etc. BUT he is a money man with huge ambition and the superior knowledge of how these things work. GH knew that and did what was best for him at the time. Kudos to him. But our loyalty should now be with SD .

I think, if he is allowed and if we support him with our holdings against a potential low bid; we will all win out.

It pains me because at £1 I would meet my own short term personal target; but lower than that is a no no and I suspect, if we wait, it will be a lot higher.

If not I would concede to A Hav decent buyout with rest still firmly in our hands for the future.

He needs us. We need him. You decide.

Be careful what you all say! Eyes & ears everywhere. Keep your counsel. Time will out whatever the outcome is.

I also attended the AGM remotely today as I’m sure most of us who care about this company did . to ensure we’re rich in knowledge of our company’s journey.

Off - topic ,but relevant to richness of research and contribution to this BB, I’ve spoken today to LTH & notable contributor Jerry Spaniel who has been absent for a while.

Sadly his namesake and loyal companion for many years, Jerry Spaniel the dog himself , sadly passed away last week and it’s a very tough time :-(

Those of you who have or have had ,loving pets will maybe understand some of what he’s going through. I think he won’t mind me sharing his sad news and please forgive the off - topic . He is still looking in and did attend the AGM remotely also . Thought you should know.

And 'that' TT is exactly the point¬
I said the other day that NCM are the giant that hold all the cards where Hav is concerned and Telfer needs feeding because it is also a giant running out of fuel! But SD is a mere talking head atm where Hav is concerned and can't say or do too much other than bolster our positioning with other tenements in the hope one strikes and in the hope that Hav keeps giving with min Havs too to strengthen his power.

A minnow in a minefield for now but we are holding an ace card. Thank Heavens for Hav! Just hope we can hold out until the aces double up or triplicate giving SD more muscle to fight back with when negotiations are on the table!!

My two 'pennorth on various topics today are:
1. Freedom is speech is important if not obviously disruptive but I agree with SaS that ignoring hasn't helped but in conjunction with a bit of intelligent pushback plus reporting , is more effective fo rthe well-being of LTH 7 Newbies.
2. Spy is a stalwart and has been informative over time, albeit a little more silent post attack on his intel snippets. I think he was not intentionally bragging, rather conveying what this stock is ultimately worth if one sticks it out and risks the ups & downs, as well as the potential gains if clever as well as lucky, en route.
3. Paddy, Bamps 7 Hydro continue to suffer the fools that try to dislodge & disrupt them, for no personal gain, and fill our board with intel & information the majority of us couldn't hope to assimilate or understand! Soak it all in. It is a big part of the reason I remain invested, enthusiastic and eager for ultimate spoils, on top of my own research.

It is impossible to understand why we are at this ridiculously low SP level right now, but my goodness, there is so so so much brewing in the background with activity, drill results for the rest of the world to begin to even live up to; a fully armoured up new CEO who is prepared to take bullets in exchange for rapid progress, etc etc etc.

The long list of 'feathers in our cap' continue whilst the SP languishes in the doldrums, but truth and value will out eventually. As Chippy keeps reminding us all...we are all in the midst of a company about to make history. I am hanging on with chew-bitten fingernails because I may never get another chance to be part of it!

I’m going to be controversial on this point today !

Yes SD made this long awaited purchase in a discounted back entrance method ( via a placement !) BUT HE BOUGHT SOME!

Yes he could have done it another way but maybe not if the raise was needed anyway. I remember GH buying to soothe our furrowed brows etc and often it did ! But in the end he sold out whilst pulling the wool over our eyes at the same time.

Folks human nature is ‘survival ‘ and saving monies. SD has shown his hand in attempt here to build a tiny company into a multi asset dream of the future. He may be thwarted but he’s ploughing on and I have respect for that !

He’s bought out of his own pocket finally. Be happy. Who out of all of you wouldn’t save monies if you had the opportunity to do it ? Honestly now ?

I agree it could have been handled better but business is all about survival of the fittest. Bit me nice guy !

Let’s wait and see what else he has up his sleeve hey ?
