I think Navitas and the Israelis would like to have an interest in as much of The Falklands just to pee off the Argentinians. I wouldn't be surprised if they added BOR to their collection.

Makes sense to get gas production up and running early. Keeps the Tanzanians honest in constructing the pipeline and finalising the GSA and extending the licence and awarding the FDP. Throw in the CH-1 drill which APT say they are confident on the rig for, then there is so much happening and it's all positive. Loads of news building in the next few weeks.

Would be quite interesting to consider if Navitas would go in with Borders 60/40 considering the quick payback on offer and generated cashflow from just 2 wells. Would it help in developing Sea Lion to have another field generating cash. Would the synergies and cost saving by bolting on Darwin be attractive when it comes to sharing rigs and equipment etc. Navitas would know. Maybe Sea Lion is big enough and all they can handle. Then again, if investment is available, why have one field when you can have two, particularly if Darwin can throw off cash from just two wells.

Jurassic potential to be tested by CH-1 = 1.351 TCF upside on already discovered 3TCF.
So with better 3D definition should get an upgrade to 4.35TCF.

Offshore gas will take billions and billions of investment, about $30B and a decade at least before any gas is produced. Onshore is far cheaper and for the gas Aminex have, far more valuable as it can be monetised quickly and for only a small capex. As for the 3D seismic, they need to study the volumes and fluid type to validate the field and it's development. That's the whole point of the 3D survey. So they will have to revise the numbers. The GIIP could go down or could go up. We'll find out soon. As for the drill timing. This will be based on best tender and rig spec, when it's available and whether they can secure options to drill further.

The 3D seismic is very advanced and high definition. I would expect they can see everything.

Aimster, Read Aminex presentation for share price catalysts. Clearly states 3D results. So yes, they are material.

Multiple significant near-term share value inflection points on Ntorya development:
(1) 3D seismic results;
(2) drilling of CH-1;
(3) testing of CH-1;
(4) submission and approval of FDP and
(5) pre-prod well drilling.

3 TCF GIIP, 1.99 TCF recoverable, 8.236 TCF unrisked.

If the seismic shows any material upgrade I wouldn't call that dressing up. It's would be a major development, particularly with drilling around the corner. It has all sorts of positive implications, increased well flow rates, increased production from the field, higher revenues, quicker pay back. etc. The Jurassic will be interesting to know what the deeper target is, oil/gas? how big? Maybe find out this week.

You can bet they issued invitations to tender and received offers from rig contractors, but depending on where the rig is coming from and the suitability and price, there will be a slight delay again, but not too much as they have to drill by August as part of the licence commitment, so won't want to go beyond that, imo. Might even say that it's a multiwell programme now the 3D seismic is available. Once APT get a rig, they should keep it, imo.
