For the 3D results we'ere looking at an upgrade of gas in place and confirmation of 8TCF estimated on 2D by ARA Petroleum. Deeper channels and lobes extending further than imaged in 2D can increase this further along with the deeper Jurassic target being imaged by the 3D, which can indicate the fluid properties and whether it's oil generated from the source rocks.

Offshore Guyana now considered high risk to shipping and oil operations due to tensions between Venezuela and Guyana, and Venezuela massing troops on the Guyana border. Lloyds insurers has put Guyana on it's risk list. Falklands safer and more secure despite Argentina, as it's miles from anywhere and can go quietly about it's business without having to worry about security. Equinor, Exxon Mobil, Shell, and other oil majors are all getting out of Nigeria due to issues with security in the delta. The size of Darwin discovery and fast track production and payback has to be getting more and more attractive each day. Majors are going to need to replace their lost production and ensure security for the long term, as their current major assets start looking dodgy.

If Shell also stop transporting cargo to UK via the Middle East and the oil price goes up , increasing inflation again then the UK is going into recession.. all because they have no energy security. Next year the US bans the import of Russian Uranium. The price will shoot up to $140 and be a 15 year high. The Russians are thinking of pre-empting the US ban by stopping all Uranium exports to the US before they ban it. Uranium price next year will go mental.

Sure. But if they are acquiring assets from someone, then they will need paying in shares which means dilution, unless they get some sort of project finance, debt finance if the asset has a compliant mineral resource estimate.

As it's an FPSO operation, Sea Lion oil gets sold off the back of the FPSO and transported by tanker to UK exclusively. RKH and Navitas get paid and once the oil is in a UK tanker it's their oil and cost for shipping. It's simple. No one else will get to hook up to the FPSO.

The only doubt I have is how is any asset acquired to be funded? Issue of equity is the only way. That means huge dilution.
