Cornerstone have announced it is their intention to requisition a General Meeting with the purpose of removing and replacing the current Solg board. Solg have stated they have not received this resolution yet.

I have been trying to establish what the articles of association are and what corporate law applies to General Meetings of shareholders. Any experts out there - your views would be welcomed.

From what I can see, such resolutions are voted on a show of hands at these meetings. Therefore the vote of a shareholder owning one share has equality with a shareholder attending having millions of shares. Does that suggest us pi,s could attend the meeting en-masse (if it actually happens) and vote down such a resolution? Assuming us “lowly” pi’s are in support of NM and the current Board. (I am).

Or am I completely wrong with this?

Bill the bank - I don’t follow GGP so unable to compare. I assume you meant CGP Cornerstone. But very happy with my Solg holding which with further patience imho will reap further rewards. I believe this will be by Solg being bought out rather than go to production. I believe Solg still have the trump cards re Cornerstone.
