Friday morning I expected surge by COP, as it seemed that the SP was trying to break out upwards, and the SP then improved from red to blue by around 2.5-3% by COP. Not a surge, but a steady improvement. I think we may have seen the ending of Char's share manipulation.

No news is good news IMO on the post July cash runway, with no cash call via dilution having been RNS'd. Maybe an announcement very soon, one that will move the SP to where it should be, which is a lot higher than the 7's.

Well, it's good to see you return to the fold Oiltdr, i hope it bodes well, and as Spec says, none of us would be surprised by a further dilution, but I for one do not expect this to happen yet again. It would have been announced at COP after the financial RNS, as Char have some history of this.

What I would like to see (aside from a T/O, is for the BoD to fill their boots with share purchases at these price levels, and to take rain checks on their remuneration packages until the PI's see some daylight. Not stuff us with more dilution.

no one can stomach any further dilution (i take it that you're a new kid on the block oiltdr with char). many of us have been tucked up by the bod's previous misdirection and misguidance. no doubt you see no issue in another dilution, but it would only be a sticking plaster, we need bigger guns getting more deeply involved. there are major assets at stake, and char do not have the cash flow (even with another dilution), maintain the momentum required. just place your bets and stop ******* people off.

My opinion for what it's worth, is that the BOD have squeezed the lemon as far as they can, and another dilution through a raise in what would likely be the 7's will only kick the cashflow issue a short way down the road. If they were going to raise, they would have done so almost immediately after release of the financials, but they have not done so.

I cannot honestly say where the cash extension post July is coming from, but my instinct tells me that it's coming from an imminent T/O.

Chariot mean business, but of course we all need some comfort on the cash runway, and how this will be extended. I'm pretty convinced that a T/O (possibly non hostile) is incoming.

I am someone who runs a highly cash generative and strong net margin business, and i understand not stretching yourself too widely.

TBH, it makes me sweat (and has done for at least 2 years) when looking at Chariots diverse portfolio, most of which is vociferous in needing cash flow. I also hold more equity in Chariot than some members of the BOD put together, as I've great faith that the gas assets alone equate to in excess of 30p a share. All of these various plays still makes me nervous.
