Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
My apologies, it should read over 3m shares...'Full of s-it (sic)' Hahaha, you sound like such a knob
I took some significant positions in this company prior to it's name change...At the time, it had some very promising potential at a time when the mask supply potential appeared an open goal during the height of the Pandemic. I've just popped by after quite a while to see if there is any news, that might mean my investment here has some life left in it...it appears not to be the case. People are still discussing Masks! Have I missed something? That ship has sailed.
The Directors either totally mismanaged the opportunity, or there was a significant scam taking place; probably both.
I hold over 2m shares, and I can tell you that this company is worthless.
That should be a thumbs up! Instead it’s a become question marks! Ignore the QM’s Jimmy
You’re always talking sense Jimmy ??
Veteran10 How can Chariot not be expecting a takeover approach? Unless I misheard today, they did not categorically dismiss any future cash raise from shareholders, only saying that there were a number of options to fund the projects, including leveraging partners. I suppose any approach would be in the region of 40p-50p per share, as opposed to the longer term play of maybe £3+ once at the least the gas is on the move.
That is the unmentioned potential in this webinar.
"US$66.7 million impairment of Namibian and Brazilian exploration assets"
I'm sure someone will be better placed than me to declare the positives in these results and statement...
All I can say as someone who is heavily invested, is that I hope these impairment costs have cleared decks for a good run at Anchois and the newer projects...It's clear to me (Or maybe not so clear) that Chariot cannot sustain any more significant write-offs in the coming year.
PL75 I second DrMicho, you're not wasting your time posting as you have done, it's very refreshing.
Many of us got aggressively active, in order to face down the obvious financial shenanigans from the now ex BOD...but it's now time to allow RMS some breathing space to bring to fruition their commercial plans, which they appear to be progressing with. Any salient and critically thought out posts/opinions are most welcome, just have to ignore the white noise of everything else...
What a great RNS
Another pathetic RNS...I can only assume that they are holding this bucking bronco of a share back, before it takes off
Shareholderchar I appreciate again your post and your time taken with the response...And your post has been backed up by this mornings RNS.
All of the very best, thank you.
Brucey69's Did you get bullied at School by any chance?
You're hilarious....Don't worry thankfully I'm already on your list....You really are a total knob
After months of fumbling around in the dark, constantly banging into every conceivable obstacle, and while also being hit across the head with a blunt instrument (by those in the Shadows), I feel it's my obligation to stick with RMS...
I think I've been slightly emotionally involved in this investment (never really a good thing), or else I would have taken what were very strong profits, instead I've believed in Dr. C and his good intentions. I also see a lot more value to come in the IP of RMS. I'm now hoping that we are past the darkest hours of RMS, and that with a little more patience, we will start to shine.
VGL to all LTH's.
Hi Shareholderchar
I saw your last post on 08th I think...Any further observations on what is happening with CHAR? I'm holding heavy here, and disappointed with the lack of comms...Don't expect miracles, just think that they seemed to promise better communication to PI's, and they have have not delivered this...
The way it's panning out, it might need to be a scrap metal company giving us £50 for the machine...
Exactly, more fluffy big dice *******s talk......
If you cannot make the machine turn, outsource it to a market expert...
If you cannot project manage it, my team will do it, and in a week it will be sorted...
If you're scared of TB, get the Lawyers to threaten a High Court action...
If you're going to talk to us PI's like we are ******s, get the f88k out of RMS
Do you know what...I think a lot of what you say has merit...Many of us have been stoically in support of RMS, and we have bought and bought, and believed both in the technology, and also the ethos of what Dr. C was doing.
But we have seen not only outright insider dealing from TB and his cronies, but it has now been compounded and added to, by the rewarding of failure of new management to deliver....I now this as a ****ing joke of a company, and a product that should have been quite possible to bring to market with relative ease (subject to good project management and oversight), has been
shown to be a ****ing **** fight
I'm heavily invested, and today hurt badly, but this **** show is going nowhere unless we have someone at the helm who knows what the **** they are doing, and who does not immediately bend over for TB and his cronies to allow them to stick a cudgel up their arse....
I do not believe that whether if was overall a good RNS for the long term, is the relevant point.
It was the combined news delivery of the RNS that is hard to stomach...and for my money, totally manufactured to accommodate those vindictive ex BOD crooks. It requires a Strong arm at the tiller, as TB is a very cute fox, and he needs to know that he does not hold sway here. It did not have to be delivered in such a S**T heap of an RNS.
PI's would raise an action against him, if he was not about to F**K off...He's a total C**T, and his little Cranky sidekick also gets his snout in the trough....
We now MUST demand strong and proper Governance, this is currently a S**T Show...And we are like headless ****ing chickens, in a market crying out for good protective product....
Going forward, they are all on notice now, event he new BOD, sort this out FFS
Whichever way you try to square this never ending circle of chaos at RMS (and the share is now looking like a buying opportunity IMHO), this RNS is a kick in the teeth for PI's....It may clear the decks, but we deserved more than this pathetic RNS...
After all of the very hard work and support by PI's, it now appears that we would have been better off, simply allowing the Warrants to go through...It's a f**cking car wreck
