Listen to our latest Investing Matters Podcast episode 'Uncovering opportunities with investment trusts' with The AIC's Richard Stone here.
Not been on the board much today so perhaps this was posted earlier but well worth 10mins of your time to listen to this guy who is Peter O' Connor's colleague from Shaw & Partners in Australia.

I wonder who he could literally be talking about - ATB Paddy
Agreed Bamps - it's sometimes hard to take all the info in from an interview when it is released on the same day that the drilling results are dropped. I always try to listen a second and a third time in the following days to pick up on the hints.
Shaun has been fantastic IMO at dropping hints into his interviews and if you take it in conjunction with the comments from Fraser MacCorquodale, at the Diggers & Dealers conference where he indicated that there is a trending NW diorite dyke running through Havieron, then it seems to me that the higher grade breccias may well be concentrated around this dyke.
Exciting times for the geologists and drillers working on the deposit and very exciting for us amateur geologists watching it unfurl from afar.

Well - I missed all the fun this afternoon due to a busy time commissioning a new system today. What a thoroughly enjoyable experience to log on and see how peace and harmony has broken out - for now at least.
Enjoy it GGP'ers - more of the same tomorrow please - Paddy
Some more good news possibly on it's way - if Alastair Clayton can prove up some sort of continuity at Apollo then all bets are off on the eventual size of Havieron.

Take you positions ladies & gentlemen - Paddy
So basically, anyone who wants to take a position or close a position has 3 trading days to do so prior to the PFS being announced.
There should be a slew of broker reports and updates that will follow the publication of the PFS and then we have the LSE investor webinar from Shaun the following week, followed closely by the next set of assay results from Havieron on the 28th and we know there are already 21 drill holes outstanding since the previous report.
Not to mention the possibility of the outstanding Juri results from Goliath, Outamind, Los Diablos & Black Hills dropping any day now too.
All in all, it should make for a very active October and them we have the updated MRE in December to see the year out.
Let's see where we get to in the coming months, GLA Paddy
Just woke up to see the email nestling in my inbox, so next Monday night at 00:00 hours the webcast will begin.
I think there may be an alarming dip in productivity in the UK as a result of the amount of people staying up to listen to and digest this much anticipated PFS study.
Can't wait to hear the details - GLA Paddy
I just saw your reply @Dip666 and I would personally like to thanks Nitram64 for finding the article this morning. It was an amazing read and a great find. People of that ilk don't get excited about geology without good reason and I think we will all be pleasantly shocked when it comes to light.
As GH used to - Havieron just keeps on giving - Paddy
Yes that is true @hydro, I was alerted by a DM on Twitter that a link had been posted to the article in the Telegram group.
I'm not in that group so I don't know who it was originally that posted the link but thank you to them for sharing, all the GGP shareholders across all the various platforms are brilliant at researching and sharing info.
That is what we all want, the PI's who make up the backbone of this company to be fully informed so they can decide to buy or sell on their own terms.

There's a very interesting passage in an interview with Dr. Brett Davis in the current coring magazine edition.
https://coringmagazine.com/article/qa-from-experts-conversation-dr-brett-davis/
Brett has established himself as a world leader in Structural Geology and now runs his own consulting company – Olinda Gold Structural Geology Consulting. Brett also serves as an Adjunct Research Fellow at his alma mater – James Cook University.
About halfway down the article he is asked what is the most interesting deposit he has ever worked on - he gives a few examples but one stands out for me -
"The Havieron deposit in north Western Australia is a beautiful deposit with amazing world-class textures. This is a relatively new discovery and much of the geological detail hasn’t reached the public yet, but when it does, people will be seriously impressed. Full kudos to the drillers who have managed to provide consistently oriented core over hole lengths approaching 2 km (˜ 1 mi)."
Time for the detail to reach the public methinks - GLA Paddy
Well it's looks like the neighbours are cracking on with it about 800/900 metres North of the three exploratory holes that we've put into Zipa and Havieron North.

I feel a bit of a run coming on I think, GLA Paddy
Next NCM update will come with the quarterly report on the 28th October.

Hi Tom,
Cheers for the kudos - I appreciate it and am happy to help out.
I will of course keep checking the satellite feeds and updating people and anything else useful that I find out when researching will be posted as usual.
Shaun will of course be presenting at the next LSE investor webinar on the 19th October - one for the diary.
ATB - Paddy
Hi BTB,
2025 would be when they will be aiming for full commercial production from the high grade sulphide zone - we will 100% see revenue from Havieron long before then. The finer details should be included in the PFS. As today is the 30th September and Q4 officially starts tomorrow then we should be expecting that at any point between now and end of October IMO - amy later and we are getting into the NCM AGM - the MRE upgrade in December, etc, etc.
ATB - Paddy
Hi Coach,
Same here, I do read the board most days but I think people don't need my input as much as before.
There's a lot of well researched posters on here now, must people can see the endgame and are patiently waiting for it to play out.
All the best to you and yours too.
ATB Paddy
It's a head scratcher for me why we should be at 16p when we are literally expecting the PFS that will confirm that Havieron will be mined, the mining method, the AISC, etc to drop any day now.
Couple that with the next drill results due from Havieron & Juri this month and our 100% Scallywag assays just around the corner too.
I can't explain why we are were see are, but nothing I've seen or heard can even start to convince me that holding my GGP shares tightly is not the right course of action.
GLA Paddy
@strudel - see my tweet just posted. I can see a faint blue signature in the spot where the Artemis camp was spotted and they also confirmed they were on site preparing drill pads in their Annual Report to shareholders last night.

@Valedski - have a look at the images on this Tweet - it shows the route of the road that Newcrest have applied for from Telfer through to Havieron.

Tweet from the Artemis account this morning seems to confirm my suspicions.
https://twitter.com/ArtemisResource/status/1442729866072367104?s=19
Eyes peeled for the first drill pad and rig now. I think they will be further South and a lot closer to the boundary with Havieron.
Exciting times - Paddy
Interesting link just posted on the GGP board by Grizzle.

It seems that Kirkland Lake are up for sale and Newcrest are emerging as a top candidate to secure it - that could make the ground around Fosterville even more enticing.
Something to keep an eye on - ATB Paddy
