Poker, yes was wondering that myself. Been taking a look at stocks like Evraz & FXPO today & thinking of dipping my toes there, but i think could be more falls as this could escalate quite a bit yet! Difficult times to invest atm. Lots to lose but some potential huge future gains for those with the stomach & balls!

Yea, i was thinking that hearing him on telly earlier. Very threatening tone. He wants to bring back the old Soviet Union. I remember watching a documentary about him. After the Berlin Wall fell he went from having all the trappings of a KGB man to driving a minicab around Moscow. Difficult one though. A harder nut to crack than Saddam Hussain. This bloke has China on side & has loads of oil. A modern day meglomaniac. Very much in the Stalin mode as i see it!

Haha definitely buy time for sure. Lots of bargains to be had. I'm surprised this held up today really. I think a big overreaction & i believe the Ukraine situation surely can't go on too long. This Putin seems like a bit of a maniac though. I suppose anything can happen!

Poker, you hit the nail on the head really. Obviously this war stuff has tanked the markets as you would expect but need to think longer term here after it's all over & done with. Who rebuilds the damage? Well from an energy perspective at least PFC is one of those players. This is a long term play. These prices are now unbelievable. If you have much powder to spend the markets are a supermarket sweep today. Need to have a perspective longer than a few hours, days or weeks! GL

Peeps need to take a step away from the intraday SP. For those new to this share, take some time & look through the historical RNSs. This is a solid business which will come good but it will need time & the current market turbulence is not going to allow this to progress. Look at the wider markets. Some investors are losing their shirts & trousers all over the place. These are uncertain times but things will return to some normality eventually. This is an investment for a multiyear outlook not a day trade share anymore. I have a warchest of these shares built up now & continually adding at the sub 110 dips which will look so cheap in a couple of years. I've been looking at other shares like THG/Boo etc & have thought about punting some cash there, but i believe PFC is a much more solid longer term bet. Said it before but just need to ignore the noise & have patience on this one. A fundamentally sound; well capitalised; well managed business which will flourish once the green shoots appear in the markets again! GL

This morning's drop looked well overdone to me. Noone expected wonderful numbers here. Not the best RNS but personally i was expecting worse!

You are assuming zero income. No company survives on cash reserves alone. The liquidity here is not an issue as i see it. Managing costs is a due diligence statement you would expect from any CEO. As i see it if they can achieve £17m rev & sustain high margins -margins are about 60-70% as i recall; this is looking very good value at these prices!

Unhooked, they have £5.5m cash. There are no immediate liquidity issues here!

Mkt cap now at way less than half projected annual revenue. I think now is the time to buy few of these sub 10p. Looks a buy now for a long term hold!

Stew, the point about the Covid stocks you make is probably one of the reasons i stay in this one. I do think there is a fundamentally sound business underlying all the negative noise here or i would never have bought in in the first place. We've had last years poor results & the resulting placing but other than that minimal news at all bar a couple of seemingly positive RNS about contract wins & MS partnership etc. Normally i would be buying up a lot more at these silly SP levels but the lack of any comms or updates holds me back. All those Covid stocks now are taking a huge battering i believe because investors are realising there is no viable business outside of covid. ODX; ABDX; BRH; GDR; AVCT. Look at them all. Getting well smathered. We were told last year that this was transitional time for LOOP. Let's see what the next update brings us!

'why are there rumours of another raise'? there aren't any. Where did that come from? no business is going to do a capital raise; release no info whatsoever; then do another capital raise. Noone would buy that. You see comments like that all over these BBs especially AIM stocks. I think the BoD is the crock of nonsense here really. The product itself i think has a future just needs some proper direction here for sure. It seems like a bit of a lifestyle share for sure; given the size of the salaries the CEOs are paying themselves to oversee such value destruction. There's also been talk here of the company going bust. Absolute nonsense. The financials here even with the poor results last year are fairly healthy. Take a look at a few AIM stocks fundamentals. Some horrific ones around but SPs still on the up. Bizarre markets!

i agree this share is the biggest crock of nonsense ever. However where do comments like 'the company can't cover it's expenses atm' come from. The SP has dropped from 27p to 12p on absolutely no news whatsoever. A totally rubbish investment this truly has been but cut the deramping nonsense!

Not commented on here for a while but reading through some of the comments & agree that there seems to be an aura of unnecessary panic here. Lots of new names appearing on this BB so i suspect a few here looking for a quick buck & exit. I'd suggest this is rather a longer ter m hold now to get the real returns which i'm totally convinced will come in time. Schroders reducing is no cause for alarm & fund managers do this all the time to realign the balance within their funds. I seriously doubt it has anything to do with them losing faith in PFC or suchlike. People need to look around at the broader markets & you can see there has been a bit of a bloodbath over last 2-3 months with (especially) online retail getting battered. IMO the oil sector is the best area to be in atm & there simply has to be a surge in the oil services sector to catch up with several years of underinvestment due to Covid. This share is holding up well above the 115 level & when it wants to move believe me this share will move some. 30/40/50p a day is not uncommon here when any news hits. In fairness there has been really minimal news feed here since the placing etc so people need to understand the SP will not move on nothing! News will surely be coming here soon. Have patience. Keep the faith. This share will reap a great return from these levels in time! GL

The only saving grace for me in this crock of 5heiiite is that i thank my lucky stars I never averaged down. Taken a big hit on this one & i can't really see it going anywhere. Under the bed you go Loop! lost to much to sell out now so just look back i suppose in a years time to see if the company is still alive. Absolute disaster this one!

Bear market/bull market? This is the oil market. This sp will correct itself. Today was yet another market bedwetting session. This will be back up in no time. Ukraine war would push the OP upwards & equities down for sure but PFC would be one of the safer stocks to be in. Just look @ the markets today. Look at BOO & THG. Both been on my radar for a while now. Endless tankers.

A very good week for PFC. So closed Friday @144. There has been no news released since the placing & minimal stuff post SFO. OP is now about to exceed 52 week highs. As i see it few headwinds now. Omicron seems to have been very over exaggerated. I can only really see this in an upward trajectory from here. One of the best stocks to be in atm IMO. GLA

I don't think Asfari has ever sold any of his shareholding. PFC is his baby. I doubt he'll ever sell out. Although i suppose even he has his breaking point!

Not getting into the Wood Group debate. Just very pleasing to see this nicely on the up. No RNS since the placing either so is food for thought where this will go once those RNSs start dropping. The juicy one lifting the ADNOC suspension should alone blast this well North!
