Fair comments Poker. I'm tempted to top up but then i have a choice. Do i add here or say (e.g. Hoc) One of which is at a price where i have 100% confidence it will recover significantly from. The other (Loop) is at a price where i really can't tell & probably won't know anymore until at least the Sept half year statement. Probably wait & see is the best strategy. Sitting on an unrealised loss doesn't cause me huge concerns (remember PFC) but i do have concerns here. I would like to know about the cash balance. What about the Clifford Chance contract? (must be due for renewal). What about the NHS trial? so much smoke & mirrors here it's a difficult one to cal!

people on this bb always saying about TB selling his shares. Who cares? my understanding is his holding now is pretty insignificant. Less than 1% i think. He can't move the SP forever with that holding!

Of all the many hundreds of comments on this board over the last few months how many even refer to the Alzheimers stuff? Hardly any. But that was all the RNS related to. Not the C19 tests which have spiked this SP in the past. The drop here is really bizarre. I've added a few extras today. Way oversold!

Panic selling on such a vague RNS is pure crazy!

when this falls it falls big. When it rises it rises high. Another spike will come here. Have patience!

very true prophet. Lots of peeps have made loads on this share & no doubt will again or maybe they'll lose the lot. Same with RMS. Look at the ups & downs there. You could've doubled your cash several times on that one if you bought & sold at the right time. All a game of roulette, no ramper or deramper will change anything!

JTD, yes, this looks to have stabilised around 38-39. I'm seriously thinking of adding a large amount at these prices as i still have faith that this will come good & at these levels seems a bit of a steal to me. Umming & erring after that bloodbath after the TU though. Maybe is prudent to wait till half year results statement. Decisions, decisions!!

IMO, you only have to look at any of the larger PM stocks share charts over a 20 year period to see that for a longer term investor getting in at a lowish entry price there are always going to be many opportunities to exit with decent profits. Lots of volatility. I've got a TP of 250 for Hoc & fairly confident it'll hit that within 12 months at some stage!

You'll have to wait till Monday Sandstone but i agree, an overreaction. I don't believe the political stuff in Peru will have much impact on Hoc in the longer term. Been in turmoil there for years but this company keeps going as normal. A storm in a teacup really!

JTD, i agree, this BB is rather pointless now due to this silly trolling. I think in a nutshell Loop now is simply about one thing. Whether you believe the forward prospects of the company. If what Flavell says is correct & things do turn around in H2 then so will the SP. If not the company is going nowhere & not worthy of investment. SP will be at this level or lower until such time as any new news so i'll not waste any more time on here until then. GL

Haha, Poker i been in on this a little while now. Got in @low 170s & added a few extras on the drops. I think the PM shares are all going to do well soon. The Loop price crash has hit my portfolio a bit. Can't believe how much it dropped & the new Jonny 2 toes having a field day on it! I think it'll probably recover but one for the turkey farm for now to look at on Xmas eve i suppose!

hey Noggers. Long time. I made a stack on PFC on the last rise. Went pretty much all in after the Adnoc hoohaa, so did very well there. I meant to get back in on the dips a couple weeks back but most of the cash tied up. Lost a few quid on Loop up but i expect it to come back up after a while. I'm mainly in on this & a fair bit back in NEX too. Both coming back into profit land after some big drops. Was going to jump in on Fres sub £8 but got enough tied in at the moment i think. What you in? i saw you were in Fres!

I don't know why the big rise but i'm back in the green here now so i don't care too much!

Tommy, some good comments you make. The markets are bizarre. Look at Loop last week. Again a reaction to a revenue drop. A huge bloodbath based on very little of substance. The NEX results are excellent in my view but i knew the market would react this way despite increased profitability. This is a very well run business & their management during Covid has been very impressive. This is a share which really gives me very little concern over the longer term!

SD, Their agenda is to get holders to sell to push the price down so they can get it cheaply. No other agenda. The worst thing to do here is panic sell @ the lowest price this share has ever been. The SP may drift due to lower volumes & lack of interest but selling at this price is plain daft!
