I will keep that in mind next time. Draghi to speak at half one. End of QE probable.
Very little financial commentary on this thread of late... Barnier's November Brexit deal comments surely favourable.
Anything potentially positive on the horizon in the short term?
No one wants it. It's like a bowl of boiled potatoes that has been in the fridge for days.
Good interview with Mark Daly on Drivetime last week about economic implications of a United Ireland. An independent EU funded study carried out pre Brexit vote. Findings were that it would not be the burden so oft perceived and, indeed, could be a big boost. Worth a listen back! A border poll now would sort out everything. Unfortunately, as we saw last week, partitionists attacking SF over this issue. Charlie Flanagan, Micheal Martin, Brendan Howlin..all accusing SF policy as being directed by unelected leaders instead of just putting the party politics aside and saying let's do this!! Who cares about SF... it's a one-off opportunity.
Australian wine?? Is this fella joking? Berlin politicalchaos and US tariff talk dragging Europe into the red.
Any thoughts on Deutsche? Have been following it for a while. Past the point of no return?
Wexford, how do you see this one playing out? I've been following it for a while. Avoid like the plaque or a great opportunity?
Have never seen white strawberries.
Any further south and I'll be out with you selling those strawberries on the n11.
Will we get get some peace from the English? Brexit..what an absolute farce! Give us back the six counties you bunch of freeloader royalists!!
Buyback on the cards surely?
Some outlandish posting going on here. Just talk to your broker for a more informed insight. Irish banking sector set to be very profitable in the medium term.
Torquay - Bank of Ireland aside, any interest in other significantly undervalued stocks that you could see making gains if and when a mutually beneficial and common sense UK-EU deal is arrived at?
Stick to the Wexford strawberries! 6.50 unlikely.
And we're off again. Up up up!!!
You'd be better off taking a longer view on it, Bob. It's a good value share. Shorting is temporary. Irish banking sector set to be very profitable in the medium term. Also, no chance Brexit will ever happen so that's another boost on the horizon.
What's the percentage short on this share?
Quite surprised by that news. A deeply annoying man.
Just on UK monetary policy and leaving the EU... They never joined the monetary union in the first place!
