@doozy it's quite common. UJO issued one last week on the 17th based on speculation. If shareholders seek clarification in quantifiable numbers then the company is obliged to act on it in accordance with their code of conduct.

Thing is they have already forecast sales. Based on what I have no idea. Lots following this stock hence the 60% rise in 2 hours post Indian approval. Fincap forecast sales which hasn't happened before. If they get that POC kit into market then volume will go through the roof and the institutions will get cleared out - assuming they want to exit. Who knows why they are here. I noted no prospectus in the RNS for the oo shares. Just give us your money it's a great deal. If you average is 51 I'd say you're gonna kill it.

Agree. II's won't wanna hang around for the next placing (again I think they are already forward selling in typical unregulated AIM fashion) so there must be something to report and further highlight the criminal factor.

Open offer is a total try on imo. No pressure on AIHL or POC if they get the cash. On principle I'd actually like to see this go lower to cause some sweating for the ii's and allow pi's to get in lower. MM's need to create a market one way or the other. At this point no point buying above 25p. The ii's will put on a lot more pressure than us lol

Needs more clarity. This was in a PHE lab for the buffer biosafety and key feature is that you don't have to be a technican to use it properly. I assume the biosafety has been signed off following the RNS stating targeting October launch. This POC is launching just in time and the fact PHE were messing around with it is encouraging. Depends why they were reviewing it of course...

I'm not taking part in the open offer mate. Doubt ii's will either as they too can buy on the open market. They have the most to loose by diluting themselves so doubt they'll do it. 24million shares up for grabs. That's plenty.

What would cause the open offer to be cancelled? Lack of interest or is there a minimum amount that needs to be taken?

The open offer is 100% pointless unless as people have said the SP goes up significantly before then to take the risk. The £6m raise takes us to 87m shares which is still relatively low and would be eaten up on a successful AIHL and POC launch. The revenue/profit from this is what could then be used to drive the business and give the directors some motivation to get results. Giving them another £4.5m to mess around with won't give the same sense of urgency. No point going into US until revenue generating in UK/EU. Theres a massive POC maket right here, on their doorstep. USA is just a money-draining expense that doesn't seem to work for GDR. Too much too soon = a bust.

Also where is the media coverage of these awesome shiny new tests? The AIHL is obvious and the POC stats are amazing yet if you try to search for either you find nothing. Maybe they are saving it all for kick off time number 2.

They'll need to have something good up their sleeve for sure. I think the Indian approval RNS saw the highest volume day at 11milion+ traded. They'll need to keep the flow going to clear 24m, especially when the traders et al jump in. That said they managed to keep it going for weeks when GHIF were exiting and SP held up extremely well. Will be an interesting watch, hope its blatant and lots get arrested.
