POC is a champ on paper. Other UK companies are getting deals on Europe for slightly lower accuracy, albeit interface is different, and we are left again wondering. 100% POC's are rare. Let's flood it into the UK and EU under the CE Mark £££

Also agree. Open offer shares - no benefit. Even new investors that take them will only be adding to dilution. Best to buy on open market if you want in.

Volume already 300% up and it's only half 9. Peel working hard to keep it above placing price. 4m churned on Friday and already 2m today. Stock clearly been forward sold. Hopefully no one will opt for the open offer shares as there are plenty on the open market.

Really can't wait to see who took the placing. Also need full disclosure on when placing talks commenced as up until very recently it was being categorically denied. Hopefully it was being discussed at the same time as the Indian approval got a speeding ticket. The FCA would find that hard to ignore given no attempt to address a falling share price.

I think the AIHL is a given, even for GDR. Given the test data and consortium I don't see how they could mess it up.

Look closely at the POC against the existing competition. It actually comes up much better and has a few unique selling points, much faster is a key benefit. Current government funded one is 30 mins I think, vs GDR'S 10min for a positive result. Unlike PCR's, POC's are not saturated and businesses, particularly travel, leisure and tourism are lapping them up. The timing is now perfect for POC. If they don't fudge that up it could work out very well for all involved.

Thing to consider, as many have said, he genuinely does seem to have done what he can to keep the share price down. HR could have raised earlier in the year much much higher given his update of nothing to update would have been known then. Could just be daft.

The raise should have been put to shareholders and capped at what is necessary for the immediate activities - commercialisation. That would of also given them some motivation. £10.5m is nuts. Will be good to see the outcome of the open offer- hope it's zero like their sales. Will be harder to vote in a new board if institutions are holding so best buy their placing shares if you looking at that angle or want some stock Like you no advise given just enough is enough.
