Time for another sacrifice.
Back under the dreaded 230..grrr
Agree, but if you go back a year BT is flat whereas all others are down.
Hallelujah
Well worth the human sacrifice ????
Looks like Groundhog Day again
I was one of those engineers. Originally on one day off a fortnight then one a week. We work the same hours as five day guys. This gives BT cover up till later and saves BT in overtime. It’s a win for BT.
We all have trackers and it keeps us inline. It’s not common protocol to go home early but there will always be those who try and beat the system. However they are swiftly dealt with.
Damn it.
Hope tomorrow sees 230 + close
seems to break through on opening every day, then back under soon after?
Can’t sustain 230 ;-(
Are there any?
Company has zero assets and survives on the whim of ofcom allowing it to steal BT's profits. After all TT is just a middle man with no actual own product.
Oh dear, nearly back to Lammys Xmas forecast of 225 ;-(
As an x employee you won’t here me shouting their praises very often, if at all...lol
But as a broadband supplier they are the best by a long way.
In fairness if you are the biggest then you will have the most complaints. Plus other SP's wrongly blame BT when things are their own fault.
Can’t see it’s behind paywall but judging by the Sp they weren’t good....lol
Love to see this leach fail!
Doing away with landlines mean less maintenance and less Openreach staff. So swings and roundabouts.
Only £5bn?
What happened to the £12-13bn touted last year when Bt screwed its pensioners again?
If it’s only ten that’s a huge reduction and ends the deficit worries?Or am I reading this all wrong?
Better than expected results yet SP dives?
That figures with BT
Aus. I disagree.
BT didn’t inherit anything paid for by public money! the government chose to sell it complete and shareholders bought it all in good faith.
This 'inherited ' rubbish has been falsely used as a stick to beat BT with by other greedy providers and needs to stop!
They even demand use of fibre which has solely put in by private cash......grrrr
Heading into the red and bottom ten FTSE today.
Not good for Results day!
The big shame and disgrace is we’d all now be enjoying FTTP if it wasn’t for bloody Ofcom!
But hey, we’ve lined the pockets of Talktalk and others instead.
Isn’t the 29th the day DT's restriction on buying/selling ends?
Gavin was wrong to go with football but did it because he ofcom stopped investment in fibre by restricting any profit.
Unfortunately it didn’t work.
