Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Sounds like you are stuck with ‘ancillary documentation’ problems just like Russell
As this share has nothing to make it move upwards it’s now moving downwards again - what can we expect, it won’t just sit still for months
Sorry there isn’t much posting on here, it’s mostly on Advfn for Chaarat.
Think every chance this will soon be back to 37p - 38p or so.
The Chairman can buy another 3m on his granted waiver(as he has too high a percentage of the company already).
There is talk we may be soon to take over another Armenian mine, Amulsar. Don’t that or anything else will lead to more dilution as company committed to debt funding.
Strong future here in the next two years

Blimey, can’t believe some brokers still haven’t sorted this. AJBell sorted it out late Dec/early Jan I think.
I remember the Aussie shareholders were worried about a big sell-off by new uk holders of CAI. Seems the release of our shares has been so long-winded and fragmented, there was never a big ‘hit’. I see Barclays have to sell all CAI shares so that might be a hit soon. Any other brokers forcing a sale of CAI?
Hasn't sold any just his holding has gone down through dilution, so no worries.
sp doing well lately as the new mgmt appears to have more idea than the last lot in Cuba AND in Slovenia.
Much to Partridge's chagrin, things seem to be on the up
Easiest way to find Aquis seems to be to still type in NEX. Then one enters 'https://www.nexexchange.com/' which is now Aquis.
Zero trades of KRS on that exchange today anyway but something seems to have awoken our Aim listing this lunchtime
Every day the same old message, Mug Punters Apply Here - but what are you doing here? The saviour of all mankind ?
In more reasoned discussion, it seems the Seller had not finished as he just got rid of 5m shares for £17k. That's put the lid on today's rise but imo not Partridge's, this is valued too low.
I refuse to debate with the Partidge, just hope for Christmas and then he might disappear into his pear tree
Nothing new there, you just keep banging the same old drum. The sp is down because the company is mothballed for Covid-19 and JM threw his toys out of the pram rather than take a wage cut and got sacked. Pity to see him go, an expert in the Far East.
What does matter is that the Seller, selling in largish round-numbered chunks is, unfortunately, still supplied. Another 1.7m gone today from him and, as I said before JM, if it is he, only had 9.6m on departure.
