1,111,488,845 shares now in issue after 30/12/11 - the placing and loan notes conversion upped the total by 1,000,000,000.
Existing directors on 3/1/12 had 269,149,314 leaving 842,339,531
Bruce Rowan, William Weston, Michael Coppeard, and David Kyte have declared a total of 517,425,000
If the existing directors still own their shares, the new players have theirs, you're left with 324,914,531 most of which will be new shares issued on 30/12/11.
So yes, there's about 200 million or so not moved after the placing and loan note coversion.

I'm no expert - just trying to figure what I've gotten into. Hope you can shed a bit further light, and as you say, there's probably no hurry. Regards.
