Management have clearly got their fingers on the pulse....... "the Company will be offering to take out insurance for environmental liability as is common practice worldwide" - So if it's common practice, why hadn't they completed that already?
Thanks for the reply Moniman, but I'd rather hear from Karlo90. I'm curious, if you are right, why he feels it necessary to provide input here and not to the vast number of other company boards that are out there which I assume he also has no interest in either. I guess we must be very special.
Cool, yes, that is a tad frustrating, genuinely interested to hear how you get on. I think, providing a bit of a positive feedback on keeping their clients abreast of the situation is worth giving. Hope you get a call back.
That may be so, however Barclays is taking a massive risk if they are spinning a yarn unless the chap I spoke to is acting unilaterally in which case......
spoke to a very helpful chap at Barclays, told me Croft sent the wrong number of shares for allocation so they could not complete the process. They are chasing Croft.
Hi Mozi, A fair few got taken up under the 5.9 offer....perhaps the rest are just waiting to hoover up the in specie shares the whingers are going to sell when they get them?
