I think NvS was referring to the fact that he's gone all snobby and doesn't want low life PIs taking part in share issues in case we sell them when / if something positive happens, so only small institutions and family offices can ave em...
Re the NDAs with the majors, as Matt said, it's just keeping in touch, they have 100s of NDas with little explorers on a just in case basis.
Now obv, anything could happen and quite rightly in my opinion as far as NVS is concerned any and everything is on the table in terms of poss deals.
Personally I don't think anything involving JVs etc is on the short term to medium term horizon.....who knows?
Regarding the RNS comment I think that was in relation to cash in the bank being disclosed.
