Did anyone notice in the Fauci video he said we need a Zee-pack. I thought it was an American word, so I’ve just looked it up. He means a “Z-pak”.
It’s azithromycin, a broad spectrum antibiotic that can treat any respiratory baterial infection. So doctors prescribe it any time someone has a respiratory bug. It comes in a handy home pack it 5 or 10 doses. Doctors hand them out to deal with anything respiratory. However we all know they don’t work on viruses.
THAT’S what Fauci said last night they needed. A viral equivalent of a broad spectrum antibiotic.
Anyone know a broad spectrum anti viral that we could use as widely as azithromycin ???!!
Isn’t a large preorder for the USA obviously true?
The US would not fund SNG on Activ2 if they hadn’t secured a supply of the drug. Imagine if they paid 10’s of millions for the trial and then SNG sold the full stock to Belgium? It will be part of the trial agreement that USA have a preorder, I would guess it is conditional on positive results from the phase 2 stage of Activ2.
Further evidence is the change in tone from SNG. The placing in November was for 100k treatments a month. Then in the last few weeks they have recruited quite a few roles and signed a new supply and finish contract with Thermo Fisher, one of the biggest players in the world. RM and SH have both publicly said “100’s of thousands” per month now. Something has given them confidence to manufacture more at risk.
Finally in Biden’s document about his priorities he talked about funding at risk manufacture.
To me, it seems like either a preorder or money to scale up manufacture, that comes with guaranteed volume for the US. Both have been done before under operation warpspeed.
There’s risk in this share. It’s a small biotech on AIM. All agreed, we are consenting adults.
Beyond that, I think there are two ways to look at the potential here. First is to take the 100,000 treatments we know are coming and multiply by the £2000 price that has been publicly stated. If you are cautious half it, it’s still a large revenue. If you are optimistic multiply it by 5-10 times, RM said “100’s of thousands” in his last interview. That’s a massive revenue.
Alternatively, step back. Professor Sir Holgate is a world expert in respiratory medicine in the middle of a respiratory pandemic. He has been working on this issue for 15 years. They are backed by the richest government in the world and they are desperate. Could that be any more promising?
Great post Chris, thank you. Anyone needing to top up your research on the fundamentals of SNG and the broad spectrum antiviral, there is some factual information on a Reddit page for you to make your own decisions.

Wow! This board is full of derampers today and the real research is buried. Please ignore them and deprive the oxygen of argument. You can also report them as disruptive and the posts get removed. Don’t let them take over!
Morning,
SNG investors are passionate on Twitter, sharing the news of interferons and the potential here. Sometimes it shows up as an attack on the establishment. I agree, they have been obstructive and unhelpful at best. SNG is diplomatic though, they are still getting some help from the UK powers and we are right on the edge of much more help/orders. I understand the frustration but we can only lose out by irritating and humiliating the people who can help.
Oh for goodness sake! PMJH is alive and well. Yes he’s still invested. And he simply got fed up of some of the nonsense on this board. Be pleased he shared his research for as long as he did. Now please move on, PMJH has.
So we are finally confirmed on Activ2. What’s next?
Here’s my starter for ten...
1) US Activ2 announcement this afternoon, probably from Fauci but Biden is also possible
2) Activ2 trial goes well and data is monitored. Extended to phase 3 and EUA given
3) US preorder or manufacturing support announced. Full scale up plan announced, including new contract with Thermo Fisher. This will be a surprise to the market even though we know about it
4) massive revenue and our share of the market for covid (there will be other drugs too and thank goodness for that, the world needs them all)
5) stockpile orders. Biden has already committed to tackling future pandemics, this may be already agreed
6) the rest of the world scrabbles to catch up and get orders in, like with the vaccines
There is also the possibility of telemedicine revolutionising the covid response in the US. Activ2 is useless to find a drug, if they can’t distribute it in real life. You can’t send covid sufferers to the pharmacy to collect their puffer. As a basic there will be remote video calling and logistics to send the nebuliser to homes directly. This could lead much further so they treat all respiratory viruses this way and ease the annual winter pressure on hospitals. SNG is front and centre here, their process has been validated in the p2 home trial.
Somewhere amongst all that we may hear about the “process” SNG are conducting for a global licence for broad spectrum use in other conditions. It may escalate to a takeover, but I hope not as I want to stay invested.
Just a few thoughts on the way ahead. This is the beginning...
Any new investors dropping by, welcome.
We have a Reddit page to keep track of all the research about the company that may help you. Best of luck with your investment, it’s a great time to buy.

I can’t work out whether scinv is a bonafide deramper or just a quite pompous academic who likes to argue. No idea. Let’s not engage him though.
We are waiting for the big news, could be Monday or Tuesday.
Matt, great work on the Amazon searches, thank you for sharing.
To add, I looked back at my notes from the Kansas video, the other treatment they mentioned apart from interferon was camostat mesilate, a protease inhibitor.
Guess what?
If you put that in Amazon it comes up in three different spellings too- camostat, camostat mesilate and camostat mesylate.
Maybe Amazon are hooked up to Activ2 delivery?
Proof of concept....
Doc, you need to think bigger. If SNG can ramp up production, you treat hospital patients then you move quickly back down the chain. If you can treat people after they get a positive test, starting with at risk patients then roll out more widely. You deal with covid (alongside vaccines) and then you start on winter respiratory viruses. It’s the biggest cause of hospital admissions and strains global healthcare every year. Patients could get any virus and get a nebuliser sent straight home. Very few require hospitalisation and those get more intensive care.
If the US government helps scale up, there are many possibilities.
I agree Julien. The thing we are not saying is that to fulfil all these uses, production will need to be massive to help all those people. The US can take care of that will a big preorder. Maybe the market will finally pay attention when they see the orders.
